Job Summary
Baazeem Trading Company is seeking an experienced ERP & System Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP environment. The role is responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and business continuity while providing technical support across all company locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, databases, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, cloud services, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
- Perform and monitor backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain database performance, storage capacity, and system security.
- Lead IT support and helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access control.
- Prepare technical documentation, system configurations, and IT procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, licenses, and technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in System Administration and ERP Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with SQL databases, backup solutions, storage management, and disaster recovery.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or Dynamics 365).
- Experience in FMCG or distribution companies.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
