انضم إلى شركة Edwards Lifesciences في المنطقة الشرقية كأخصائي سريري ميداني (Field Clinical Specialist) ضمن وحدة علاجات الصمام التاجي وثلاثي الشرفات عبر القسطرة (TMTT)، حيث نسعى لتطوير حلول مبتكرة للمرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض معقدة في صمامات القلب.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير مواد تعليمية سريرية مرتبطة بالتحقيقات السريرية وتقديم الخبرات والرؤى السريرية حول الجهاز والإجراء والبروتوكول طوال دورة حياة التحقيق السريري.
  • المسؤولية عن شهادات المراكز والأطباء والموظفين الآخرين ذوي الصلة، بالإضافة إلى موظفي شركة Edwards Lifesciences وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • التفاعل مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين والمدربين.
  • تقديم التعليم حول جميع جوانب التوجيه التصويري الإجرائي واختيار المرضى وفحصهم.
  • تطوير وتحسين المناهج والمواد والأدوات التدريبية بشكل مستمر بناءً على الخبرة السريرية والتجارب وإرشادات الشركة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • ذكاء الأعمال وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالسوق والمنتجات.
  • تدريب الأطباء وموظفي المستشفى على الأمور الفنية المتعلقة بالمنتجات والإجراءات من خلال عقد جلسات تدريبية فردية وبرامج تعليمية منظمة داخل المنشأة.
  • تقديم الدعم المتابع للأطباء والطاقم الطبي أثناء الإجراءات التجارية لضمان استمرارية التعليم والدعم الفني المتعلق بجميع جوانب نتائج المرضى.
  • التخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو ضمن الحسابات المستهدفة بالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات وإدارة المبيعات.
  • المسؤولية عن البيع الإضافي في الحسابات الاستراتيجية الرئيسية بالتعاون مع مديري الأعمال.
  • التحقق من تحديثات البرامج والأجهزة في الميدان حسب الحاجة.
  • تعلم المنتجات وعلم وظائف الأعضاء والتشريح وتطبيقات السوق وشركة Edwards Lifesciences.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تخطيط صدى القلب (Echocardiography) و/أو خبرة سابقة ذات صلة في الأجهزة الطبية و/أو المجال السريري.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة تدريبية في بيئة سريرية/تقنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان مثبت في استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office والقدرة على تشغيل المعدات المكتبية العامة.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة كتابيًا وشفهيًا، ومهارات عرض وعلاقات شخصية قوية تشمل التفاوض وإدارة العلاقات.
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي.
  • معرفة معتدلة وفهم لعلوم القلب والأوعية الدموية.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develops clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. Provides expertise and

clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical

investigation.

  • Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as EW personnel and

as outlined within EW SOPs

  • Interact with KOL and proctors
  • Provide education on all aspects of the procedural imaging guidance, patient selection and screening.
  • Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on

clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP.

  • Business Intelligence
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to products

and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and inservice structured education programs.

  • Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support

to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome.

  • Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales

Management

  • Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers
  • Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable
  • Learns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications of the market and Edwards Lifesciences

What you’ll need (Required):

  • 3 years of experience in Echocardiography field and/or previous related medical device and/or clinical

experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Training experience in clinical / technical environment

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including

negotiating and relationship management skills

  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science
  • Moderate understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
  • Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability

and adverse events reporting

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the

organization on specific projects

  • High flexibility to travel (up to 70%), including international travel across EEMEA region
