شركة GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل معالجة حرارية (Heat Treatment Operator) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم عمليات المعالجة الحرارية لمكونات التوربينات الغازية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ عمليات المعالجة الحرارية وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة والمواصفات الهندسية.
- قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة لضمان دقة تنفيذ عمليات المعالجة الحرارية.
- تسجيل البيانات والمقاييس الخاصة بالعملية بدقة كما هو مطلوب.
- استخدام معدات المعالجة الحرارية، الأفران، المثبتات، المزدوجات الحرارية، والأدوات اليدوية بأمان وفعالية.
- فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات المعالجة الحرارية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
- الالتزام بمعايير العمل الموحدة وجداول العمل المدمجة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وكفاءة تدفق الإنتاج.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقًا لمعايير 5S.
- إظهار فهم عميق وتطبيق عملي لمبادئ الليّن (Lean) في الأنشطة اليومية.
- المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
- دعم تحسينات العمل الموحد وتنظيم خط الإنتاج والإدارة البصرية والانضباط الإجرائي لتعزيز تطبيق الليّن.
- المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية الإجمالية للورشة.
- العمل ضمن توقيتات زمن الدورة (Takt Time) وزمن الدورة (Cycle Time) وتدفق العملية القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
- استخدام أنظمة واجهات أرضية الورشة مثل ELM وSmartShop حسب الحاجة.
- الامتثال لسياسات الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل الموحد.
- إظهار سلوكيات الليّن القوية ودعم حل المشكلات بنشاط والحفاظ على معايير 5S والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية جامعية أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3+ سنوات في دور فني أو تصنيع أو معالجة حرارية أو صناعي.
- المؤهلات المفضلة:
- خبرة في عمليات المعالجة الحرارية بالانتشار (diffusion heat treatment).
- خبرة في عمليات المعالجة الحرارية بالمحلول والتعتيق (solution and aging heat treatment).
- خبرة في العمل مع مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.

The Heat Treatment is responsible for supporting heat treatment operations on gas turbine components. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line.
The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Heat Treatment in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.
- Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate heat treatment process execution.
- Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required.
- Use heat treatment equipment, furnaces, fixtures, thermocouples, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts before and after heat treatment processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
- Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
- Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address process or quality issues.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.
- Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.
- Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.
- Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
- Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop as required.
- Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.
- Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 0-3+ years of experience in a technician, manufacturing, heat treatment, or industrial role.
- Experience with diffusion heat treatment processes.
- Experience with solution and aging heat treatment processes.
- Experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
