تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن وظيفة Control & Protection Design Engineer في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الوظيفة بنظام العمل عن بُعد ولا تشمل مساعدة إعادة توطين. المهندس هو المسؤول الفني عن ضمان الأداء السليم لأعمال التصميم في مجال اختصاصه، من حيث الالتزام بميزانية التصميم والمواعيد النهائية والجودة، بما يتوافق مع توقعات العملاء، مع تعزيز سهولة التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة للنظام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم ودمج أنظمة التحكم والحماية والتوزيع الكهربائي والاتصالات والمراقبة لمحطات الجهد العالي
- إعداد المخططات أحادية الخط، والمخططات التخطيطية، وأنظمة الحماية، واستهلاك الكهرباء، وتصميم الخدمات المساعدة، والتداخل، والاتصالات والشبكات
- قيادة ودعم الفريق المسؤول عن التصميم لضمان الموثوقية والكفاءة والامتثال للمعايير واللوائح الصناعية
- التعاون مع المهندسين الآخرين ودعم التوثيق ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- الإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الجهد المنخفض
- إدارة المقاولين الهندسيين الفرعيين في حزم عمل محددة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة
- خبرة هندسية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال النشاط في مشاريع من نوع EPC في مجالات النقل والتوزيع (T&D) وSTATCOM ومحطات الجهد العالي
- قدرة على السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20% داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا ومناطق أخرى لفترات قصيرة أو متوسطة حسب الحاجة
- إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بتنظيم المشاريع والعمليات الهندسية المتعلقة بنطاق النشاط
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC) في المملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة في المكثفات المتزامنة في محطات الجهد العالي تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابةً وتحدثاً للتعاون بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وشرح المعلومات التقنية المعقدة لأصحاب المصلحة غير الفنيين
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء وفرق المشروع
- المبادرة ودعم شراء المعدات
- الامتثال لعمليات وإجراءات الجودة وسياسات GE
- خبرة في حل المشكلات التقنية
- إجراء مراجعات التصميم ومراجعات البوابات وفق خطة رسمية لضمان التكامل في التصميم العام للمحطة
- إعداد قائمة وثائق مؤقتة للتخصص تتماشى مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع مع مدة مهام قابلة للتحقيق
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية كاملة على أساس شهري
- الالتزام بأدوات إدارة التصميم وتقديم بيانات متسقة
- وجود عملية تغيير التصميم
- إدارة المقاولين الهندسيين الفرعيين
- الإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الجهد المنخفض

Key Responsibilities
- As a High Voltage Substation Control, protection & low voltage system designer Lead Engineer, your main responsibility is to ensure their design reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards, protection standard, and regulations. Collaboration with other engineers and support for project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
- Design and integrate is your main task, leading and support the team in charge of designing the Control system, protection system, Electrical distribution, telecom & monitoring of a High Voltage substation. Delivering for example single line diagram, schematic diagram, protection system, electrical consumption and design of auxiliary services, interlocking, communication & network: it’s a wide domain with a lot of possibilities.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college from Electrical Engineer or related field
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in related activity/discipline in project & EPC type environment in T&D, STATCOM, HV substations.
- Up to 20% travel within MEA & Europe along with other countries/regions for short or medium period based on requirement.
- Strong oral and written in English
- Knowledge of Project organization and engineering processes related to his/her scope of activity
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with SEC in KSA. Experience in Synchro Condensers in HV substations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to customers and project teams.
- Initiate & support the procurement of equipment.
- Compliance with Quality processes and procedures and GE policies and procedures
- Experience in technical problem solving
- Discipline Design reviews & Gate reviews plan formalized and followed, to ensure the integration into the overall substation design.
- ROR integrates design part and Mitigation plan formalized and actions status identified (not started, ongoing, closed.)
- Discipline provisional document list prepared and aligned with project time Schedule with achievable task duration
- Full set KPI’s followed on monthly base
- Design management tools strictly followed, and submission of coherent data
- Design change process in place
- Manage engineering subcontractors on specific work packages
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of Low voltage systems.
