GE Vernova تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس صيانة (Maintenance Engineer - ECT) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. مدة العقد 12 شهرًا، ولا تشمل مساعدة النقل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحسين خطط الصيانة الوقائية (PM Optimization): تقييم فعالية مهام الصيانة الوقائية الحالية وتحديث الجداول لتقليل الإفراط في الصيانة أو نقصها.
  • تتبع الأداء: مراقبة مؤشرات الموثوقية الرئيسية مثل متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF) ومتوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) لتحديد المشكلات النظامية.
  • الامتثال التنظيمي: ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة للوائح السلامة والبيئة المحلية والولائية والفيدرالية (مثل OSHA وEPA).
  • دعم التدقيق: المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان الالتزام الدقيق بسجلات الصيانة وبروتوكولات السلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
  • خريجون جدد حتى سنتين خبرة.
  • قدرة ميكانيكية أو كهربائية قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel).
  • القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات الفنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة متقدمة في Excel وقدرة تحليلية تتجاوز مجرد الإصلاح لفهم الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال (MTBF/MTTR).
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل ورغبة قوية في التعلم، مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة صناعية تعاونية وسريعة الخطى.
  • القدرة على تفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية المعقدة بدقة لضمان تنفيذ الصيانة وفقًا للمواصفات التصميمية.
  • تقييم فعالية مهام الصيانة الوقائية بهدف التخلص من الهدر وتقليل وقت التوقف غير الضروري مع الحفاظ على صحة المعدات.

Job Description Summary

The Maintenance Engineer ECT is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of plant equipment. This role bridges the gap between technical strategy and operational execution, focusing on minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and implementing long-term equipment improvements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • PM Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize "over-maintenance" or "under-maintenance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key reliability metrics, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), to identify systemic issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
  • Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or/and Mechatronics or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

Desired Characteristics

  • Possesses a strong command of Excel and the analytical ability to move beyond "fixing things" to understanding the "why" behind failures (MTBF/MTTR).
  • High attention to detail, strong desire to learn, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Able to interpret complex technical diagrams and schematics accurately, ensuring that maintenance is performed according to design specifications.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks with the goal of eliminating waste-reducing unnecessary downtime while ensuring equipment health.
