Field Services Engineer - Early Career Trainee

GE Vernova تقدم فرصة تدريب مهني (مبتدئ) في مجال هندسة الخدمات الميدانية، لمدة 12 شهراً، في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. تهدف هذه الفرصة لاكتساب خبرة عملية من خلال مشاريع تحديّة والعمل مع خبراء في مجال الطاقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات الاختبار والتشغيل والدعم الفني للعملاء في المواقع والمكاتب والمصانع، مع تقديم الدعم عن بُعد والإجابة عن الاستفسارات واستكشاف الأخطاء وتقديم التوصيات.
- استقبال وتسجيل وتحليل طلبات الإصلاح والدعم الفني باستخدام أداة البرمجيات المخصصة.
- التنسيق مع المصانع ومراكز الإصلاح والعمليات والخدمات اللوجستية والعملاء لتقليل مدة إغلاق الطلبات والالتزام بالاتفاقيات التجارية وتحقيق رضا العملاء.
- فهم قاعدة الأجهزة المثبتة لدى العملاء وتقديم التوصيات الفنية للترقية والإصلاح وغيرها.
- التعاون مع المصانع ومراكز الإصلاح لتسهيل تنفيذ التوصيات والحلول في مواقع العملاء.
- كتابة الوثائق الفنية مثل تقارير الاختبار والإصلاح وتحليل المشكلات والتقارير الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، الإلكترونية، الميكاترونكس، الكهروميكانيكية، أو هندسة القياس والتحكم أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- حديثو التخرج حتى سنتين خبرة.
- الوعي بمتطلبات السلامة الكهربائية ومعايير العمل الآمن مع المعدات الكهربائية.
- الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية من الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بنظرية أنظمة القوى الكهربائية (مثل الجهد، التيار، المقاومة، القدرة، المكونات المتناظرة) ومكوناتها الرئيسية (مولدات، خطوط نقل، توزيع، محطات فرعية، محولات، أحمال، أجهزة حماية).
- القدرة على التعامل مع فئات مختلفة من العملاء (من المبتدئين إلى الخبراء) مع الاحترام وتقديم المعايير والنظريات الصحيحة.
- تحليل الشبكات الكهربائية في ظل ظروف التشغيل المختلفة.
- حماية أنظمة القوى الكهربائية (تصميم وتركيب أجهزة الحماية ضد الأعطال).
- أتمتة المحطات الفرعية (استخدام التقنيات الرقمية للتحكم والمراقبة).
- مهارات التفاوض.
- مهارات العرض والتواصل.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Providing testing, commissioning and technical support to customers: This includes site , office and factory activities providing on site services, remote support, answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions.
- Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided
- Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, customers to achieve shortest possible request closing time maintain legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
- Working with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.
- Working with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions implementation at customer sites.
- Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
- Bachelors' Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or/and Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related fields.
- Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
- Electrical Safety awareness: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
- Knowledge of Power system theory based on the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, such as voltage, current, resistance, power, symmetrical components, etc. and Power system components: the main components include Generators, Transmission lines, Distribution lines, Substations, transformers, Loads, and protective devices.
- Ability to handle and deal with different level of customers beginners to experts maintaining same respect and demonstrate correct standards and theories
- Network analysis which is the process of analyzing the behavior of power system under different conditions.
- Power system protection: this includes designing and installing protective devices to protect the power system from faults.
- Substation Automation is the process of using digital technology to control an monitor substations.
- Negotiation skills
