GE Vernova تقدم برنامج تدريب الخريجين الجدد (ECT) لمدة 12 شهراً (قابلة للتمديد 6 أشهر) في مجال خدمات التحكم، في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. سيكون المتدرب مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أنشطة ميدانية لأنظمة التحكم HMI وMKVIe ضمن مشاريع الخدمات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم مشاريع التشغيل الميداني وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الفنية.
  • إعداد جميع الوثائق اللازمة.
  • التحقق من صحة التصاميم أثناء قبول العميل، والتأكد من اتساق الوثائق، وإدارة متطلبات العميل المتغيرة.
  • دعم تنظيم الموقع أثناء التحضير والتشغيل، مع ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الجودة وتعليمات العمل.
  • مساعدة الموقع أثناء تحضيرات اختبار قبول الموقع (SAT) وإجراء التحقق لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
  • إظهار الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS)، وتعزيز خطط الانحراف الصفري، وخلق بيئة عمل آمنة. التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء لضمان خدمة ممتازة وبناء علاقات قوية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو أجهزة القياس والتحكم أو الميكاترونكس أو الكهروميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • القدرة على فهم وإعداد مستندات التصميم لمشاريع الأتمتة.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في المجال الهندسي.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • الاستعداد للسفر إقليمياً.
  • الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة الشركة أو قيود زمنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • المعرفة والمهارة لدعم فترات التوقف الفنية والقدرة على معرفة أين يبحث عن إجابات للأسئلة التي تطرأ.
  • مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحدث لنقل المفاهيم الفنية إلى جهات الأعمال والفنيين.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحمل مسؤولية الأنشطة في الموقع.
  • الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة وحول العالم، والعمل لساعات إضافية.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة وشبكات الكمبيوتر والمحولات.
  • مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتنظيم.

Job Description Summary

The Early Career Training is a12-month program with the possibility of an extension for another 6 months and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business.

The ECT Control Engineer will be responsible for executing HMI (Humane Machine Interface) & MKVIe control system field activities for assigned projects, including project field tasks aligned with the services process.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support field commissioning projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation.
  • Validate designs during customer acceptance, check document consistency, and manage evolving customer requirements.
  • Support site organization during preparation and commissioning, ensuring adherence to Quality Procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist site during SAT preparations and conduct validations for successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate EHS compliance, promote Zero Deviation Plans, and foster a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure excellent service and maintain strong relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Ability to understand and prepare design documents for automation projects.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in engineering field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Desired Characteristics

  • Has the knowledge and skill to actively support an outage and be aware of where to seek answers to questions as they arise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel
  • Ability to work under pressure; Take ownership of onsite activities
  • Willing to travel, in country and worldwide, and to work over-time
  • Familiarity with computer network systems & switches
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
