المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة المعاملات والحسابات لتحديد الأنماط المشبوهة.
- إجراء تحقيقات في الاحتيال.
- إدارة حالات إعادة الشحن (Chargeback) من البداية إلى الحل.
- تحليل البيانات لاكتشاف الاحتيال المحتمل، توثيق النتائج، وإعداد التقارير لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

Role Description The Fraud Specialist role at PayLink is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. - Advanced Analytical Skills for reviewing transaction data, detecting patterns, and drawing data-driven conclusions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, merchants, and external partners.
- Familiarity with payment gateway operations, e-commerce, or financial services; experience in card payments or banking is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data analysis software.
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure, prioritize multiple cases, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
