المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ التغييرات الهندسية (EC) وإشعارات تغيير العملية (PCN) من البداية إلى النهاية داخل المصنع.
- صيانة بيانات الإنتاج: إدخال البيانات وتحديثها والتحقق منها في أنظمة الإنتاج مثل TDC و MES و SAP، مع ضمان دقتها وإمكانية تتبعها لدعم الإنتاج.
- إدارة الملصقات: تصميم وإنتاج وتحديث وصيانة ملصقات المنتجات، وضمان امتثال المعلومات للوائح المحلية ومتطلبات العملاء ومعايير إدارة المصنع.
- تحسين عمليات النظام: تحديد نقاط الضعف في تشغيل أنظمة التصنيع واختناقات عمليات الإنتاج، واقتراح حلول التحسين، ودفع التنفيذ، والتحقق من النتائج لرفع كفاءة الإنتاج وسهولة استخدام النظام.
- دعم تقديم المنتجات الجديدة (NPI): إكمال الإعدادات الهندسية لضمان بدء الإنتاج الكمي للمنتجات الجديدة في الموعد المحدد.
- حل مشكلات الإنتاج غير الطبيعية: معالجة المشكلات الطارئة بسرعة لضمان سير الإنتاج بسلاسة، مع تنظيم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتطوير الحلول وتنفيذها لتقليل أثر المشكلات على الإنتاج وتقصير زمن التوقف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في علوم الحاسب أو أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بعمليات إدارة التغيير الهندسي.
- إتقان العمل بنظام واحد على الأقل من أنظمة إدارة الإنتاج (مثل MES أو SAP).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تكنولوجيا التصنيع الإنتاجي أو الهندسة الصناعية أو عمليات الإنتاج.

Job Responsibilities
- Engineering Change Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of EC (Engineering Change)/PCN (Process Change Notice) in the factory.
- Production Data Maintenance: Responsible for data entry, update, and verification in production systems such as TDC, MES and SAP. Ensure production data is accurate and traceable to support production.
- Label Management: Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels. Ensure label information complies with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory management standards.
- System Process Optimization: Identify pain points in the operation of manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes. Propose optimization solutions, drive implementation, and verify results to improve production efficiency and system usability.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: Complete engineering preparation to ensure new products are mass-produced as scheduled.
- Production Abnormality Resolution: Quickly resolve production abnormalities to ensure smooth production operations. Organize root cause analysis, develop and implement solutions to minimize production impact and shorten downtime
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science or other engineering-related fields.
- Familiar with engineering change management processes.
- Proficient in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP) .
- Minimum 2 year of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
