شركة الغرير للاستثمار (Al Ghurair Investment) في الرياض تبحث عن مدير تدريب (Manager - Training) للإشراف على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التدريب الفني، ضمن فريق التنقل (Al Ghurair Mobility) الذي يعيد تعريف النقل في الإمارات بخبرة تزيد عن 60 عاماً في قطاع السيارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خارطة طريق تدريب فني شاملة تتماشى مع أهداف العمل ومتطلبات المصنّع الأصلي (OEM).
- تحديد التقاويم التدريبية السنوية وأهداف الشهادات للفنيين ومرشدي الخدمة ومراقبي الورش.
- إدارة ميزانيات التدريب وكفاءة التكاليف.
- الإشراف على تقديم تدريب فني عالي الجودة في جميع المواقع.
- مراقبة فعالية التدريب من خلال التقييمات بعد التدريب ومؤشرات أداء الخدمة وتحليل التغذية الراجعة.
- الحفاظ على تواصل منتظم مع فرق تدريب المصنّع الأصلي لضمان اتساق المناهج ومواءمة الشهادات.
- العمل كحلقة وصل تدريب فني لورش الوكلاء على مستوى الوطن.
- التركيز على رفع جودة وفعالية وكفاءة تقديم التدريب الفني باستمرار لتلبية احتياجات الصناعة والمصنّع الأصلي والعملاء المتطورة.
- تطوير وتحديث برامج التدريب الفني وتحسين طرق تقديم التدريب.
- توحيد عمليات التدريب على مستوى الوطن ودمج التدريب الفني مع مؤشرات أداء الخدمة.
- تحليل فجوات التدريب ورسم خرائط الكفاءات والتعاون مع المصنّعين الأصليين للاستعداد الفني المبكر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل أن يكون معتمداً كفني رئيسي أو مدرب معترف به من قبل مصنّع أصلي (OEM).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لأنظمة المركبات بما في ذلك الميكانيكا والكهرباء والهايبرد وتقنيات السيارات الكهربائية.
- معرفة بإجراءات التشخيص واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وعمليات الإصلاح والمعايير الفنية للمصنّع الأصلي.
- فهم عمليات ما بعد البيع ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

About The Team
Drawing on over 60 years of automotive expertise, Al Ghurair Mobility is redefining transportation across the UAE by advancing cleaner, smarter, and more connected mobility solutions. From hybrid and CNG-powered taxis to the introduction of EXEED, a high-tech automotive brand known for intelligent design, advanced safety features, and refined performance, our growing portfolio serves both business and consumer needs.
STRATEGIC
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training roadmap aligned with business goals and OEM requirement
- Define yearly training calendars and certificate targets for technicians, service advisor and workshop controllers
- Manage training budgets and cost efficiency
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality technical training across locations
- Monitor training effectiveness though post-training assessment, service KPI's and feedback analysis
- Maintain regular communication with OEM training teams to ensure curriculum consistency and certificate alignment
- Act as a technical training liaison for dealer workshops nationwide
- Focus on continuously elevating the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of technical training delivery to meet evolving industry, OEM and customer needs.
- Develop and update technical training programs
- Improve training delivery method
- Standardize training processes nationwide
- Integrate technical training with service KPI's
- Training gap analysis & competency mapping
- Collaborate with OEM's for early technical readiness
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering or related field
- Certified master technician or trainer by a recognized OEM preferred
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical, electrical, hybrid and EV technologies
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, troubleshooting, repair processes and OEM technical standards
- Aftersales operations & KPI's
- Technical training & Coaching
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, digital learning platforms and assessment tools
