شركة الغرير تعلن عن وظيفة تنفيذي مبيعات في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- زيادة حجم المبيعات وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء الحالية من خلال اكتساب عملاء جدد.
- التركيز على القطاعات الجديدة بناءً على المنتجات الجديدة من الموردين مثل شاحنات Ashok Leyland و Z7 من CMC.
- استكشاف الفرص في المدن التابعة التي يكون فيها وجود الشركة ضعيفاً.
- استكشاف قنوات بيع جديدة مثل الوكلاء الفرعيين.
- مراقبة الأنشطة التنافسية بانتظام وتقديم تقارير ذكاء السوق إلى المدير الإقليمي.
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل مع الحسابات الرئيسية.
- الحفاظ على سعر البيع الموصى به لضمان الربحية.
- ضمان تسليم المركبات للعملاء في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان تحصيل المستحقات في الوقت المحدد.
- العمل الجماعي ضمن الفريق.
- تحسين المنتج/العمليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة في مجال السيارات.
- دبلوم في الدراسات الآلية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات إدارة العملاء والتواصل.
- مهارات تحليلية.
- معرفة بالسوق المحلي في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Job Description
Increase Sales volume Expand existing customer data base by getting new customers Focus on new segments based on new product introductions by Principals such as Trucks from Ashok Leyland and Z7 from CMC. Explore opportunities existing in satellite cities where our presence is weak. Explore new channels of sales such as sub-dealers. Monitor competitive activities regularly and submit market intelligence reports to Regional Manager. Maintain business relations with key accounts.

- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure receivables are collected on time.

- Explore opportunities for Ashok Leyland Trucks and ESCORTS Construction Equipments.
- Expand reach through identification of sub-dealers in satellite towns.
Education & Certifications:
- PREFERRED :
- Graduate preferably with experience in Automotive field.
- Diploma in Automotive Studies is an advantage.
- MINIMUM :
- Customer Management and Communication Skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Local market knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
- PREFERRED : Minimum 3 years in related field.
