الشركة السعودية لمعدات الديزل المحدودة (SDEC) تعلن عن حاجتها إلى فني كهرباء طاقة (Power Service Electrician) للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى صيانة وإصلاح المعدات والآلات الصناعية لضمان الحد الأدنى من وقت التوقف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قراءة وفهم المخططات الكهربائية.
- إجراء تغييرات الجهد على المولدات وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء.
- إعادة التوصيل، الضبط، ترقية/تركيب لوحات التحكم ومنظمات الجهد.
- تحديد القطع والتجهيزات الخاصة اللازمة لإنجاز الأعمال.
- تشخيص أعطال المولد الكهربائي (Alternator).
- ضبط أدوات التحكم في السرعة والإعدادات المختلفة.
- إجراء اختبارات الحمل (Load Bank) على المولدات.
- العمل عن كثب مع مشرف الورشة ومدير الخدمة لمتابعة تقدم المشاريع والتقديرات.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة في مواقع العمل.
- استخدام البرامج والأدوات الإلكترونية لتشخيص وإصلاح وإعادة برمجة وحدات التحكم في المولدات والمعلمات ذات الصلة.
- تركيب وصيانة وتحسين الأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية بما في ذلك الصمامات والأضواء والأسلاك.
- فحص واختبار وتشخيص أعطال الأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية.
- تنفيذ جميع الأعمال بما يتوافق مع الكودات الكهربائية والمخططات والمعايير.
- اختبار الأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية للتأكد من عملها بشكل سليم.
- إكمال التوثيق المطلوب لمعلومات الإصلاح والخدمة.
- ضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من اللوازم والقطع اللازمة.
- معايرة المعدات وفقاً للمواصفات المقدمة.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية للأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية.
- استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها في الوقت المناسب.
- إكمال توثيق الأعمال بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم المدخلات لتحسين وتحديث وإضافة دليل تعليمات العمل.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QHSE) والمتطلبات القانونية.
- تحديد الإبلاغ الفوري عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة إلى المشرف المختص أو فريق QHSE.
- الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وأدوات السلامة وحفظها وصيانتها حسب متطلبات العمل.
- حضور والمشاركة الفعالة في إحاطات السلامة الإلزامية وتدريبات السلامة والصحة المهنية واجتماعات السلامة والتدريبات على الطوارئ وتحقيقات الأسباب الجذرية.
- اتباع إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ المعمول بها بما في ذلك خطط الإخلاء والاستجابة للحريق والإسعافات الأولية إذا كان مدرباً.
- اتباع البروتوكولات لتقليل الأثر البيئي بما في ذلك التخلص السليم من النفايات والإبلاغ عن الانسكابات أو التسريبات.
- تقديم الاقتراحات لتحسين إجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتحمل المسؤولية والمبادرة للتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني أو درجة مشارك تخصص كهرباء.
- شهادات تدريب فني من الشركات المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEMs).
- رخصة قيادة، ويفضل رخصة قيادة خليجية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية بالمكونات الكهربائية لمجموعة المولدات مثل المولد الكهربائي (Alternator) ولوحة التحكم.
- خبرة في استكشاف الأعطال والإصلاح الميداني للمولدات الكبيرة والمعقدة التي تعمل بالديزل عالية أو منخفضة السرعة، ذات الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط والعالي حتى 13.8 كيلوفولت، بالإضافة إلى أجهزة التحكم مثل التشغيل التلقائي، المشاركة التلقائية للحمل، التوازي التلقائي، التزامن.
- برمجة وحدات التحكم مثل Deep Sea وأنظمة التزامن.
- معرفة عملية بالمبادئ الميكانيكية والحرارية والهيدروليكية والإلكترونية.
- القدرة على اللحام والتصنيع والمعايرة عند الحاجة.
- معرفة شاملة بمحرك الديزل وأنظمة الوقود والتزييت والتبريد والعادم خاصة المستخدمة في توليد الطاقة وتطبيقات صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة في صيانة وإصلاح المولدات الكهربائية من ماركات مختلفة مثل Stamford وMarelli وLeroy-Somer وMecc Alte إلى جانب مكونات لوحة التحكم مثل ATS وMCCB وMCB وPLCs وقضبان التوصيل لتطبيقات التزامن.
- إتقان عالٍ للغة الإنجليزية التقنية.
- كفاءة في استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office خاصة Outlook والتقويم.
- التزام قوي بجميع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة.
- تواصل فعال باللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Purpose:
Maintains and repairs industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks & hand and power tools. Troubleshoots problems and repairs or replace worn or broken parts as necessary. Performance is aimed at ensuring a minimum downtime of the equipment.

Main Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Perform voltage changes on generators based on customer requirements.
- Re-wire, adjust, upgrade/install control panels and voltage regulators
- Determine necessary parts and special tools required to complete jobs.
- Diagnose issues with the Alternator.
- Adjust speed controls and various settings.
- Run load bank tests on the generator.
- Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and Service Manager on project progress, estimates.
- Maintain a safe work environment at work sites.
- Use electronic software and tools to diagnose, repair and reprogram generator controllers and related parameters.
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
- Calibrate equipment to provided specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
- Thorough and timely completion of job documentation.
- Provide inputs to improve, update and add to the Work Instruction Manual.
- Adhere to follow all company Quality, Health, Safety, And Environmental (QHSE) policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Promptly identify and report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses to the appropriate supervisor or QHSE team.
- Properly use, maintain, and store personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools as required by the job.
- Attend and actively participate in mandatory Safety inductions, HSE trainings, safety meetings, emergency drills and root cause investigations.
- Follow established emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans, fire response, and first aid if trained.
- Follow protocols to minimize environmental impact, including proper waste disposal and reporting spills or leaks.
- Provide suggestions to enhance Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and take responsibility and initiatives for continual improvement.
- Technical Diploma/associate degree with major Electrical
- Technical training certificates from OEMs
- Driving License preferably GCC driving license
- Working knowledge of Electrical components of genset like alternator, control panel
- Troubleshooting and field repair of large sophisticated high or low speed diesel driven generators, low, medium, and high voltage 13.8KV as well as control devices e.g., auto-start, auto load share, auto-parallel, auto-stop, synchronizing.
- Programming of controllers like Deep Sea and Synchronization systems
- Practical knowledge of Mechanical, Thermal, Hydraulic, Electronics principles.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and calibration as needed.
- Thorough knowledge of Diesel Engine, Fuel, Lubrication, Cooling and Exhaust systems particularly of the rating used for Power generation and applications in Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in servicing and repairing alternators of different name brands like Stamford, Marelli, Leroy-Somer, Mecc Alte, and Marelli along with control panel components like ATS, MCCB, MCB, PLCs and busbars for applications like synchronization.
- Highly proficient in Technical English.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Outlook and Calendar
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication in English.
- Analytical and systematic problem-solving approach.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
