Job Title: Structural Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 12-15 years

Roles and Responsibilities as an indication:

• Lead and manage all structural engineering activities for the assigned project/phase.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with the approved IFC drawings, project specifications, international standards, and local codes.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, infrastructure, roads, landscape, BIM, and construction teams to resolve multidisciplinary interface issues.
• Provide technical support to the site team during construction and resolve structural engineering issues promptly.
• Monitor engineering deliverables to ensure reviews are completed within the contractual timeline.
• Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues, and technical risks, and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Attend technical coordination meetings with the Client, Consultant, Designer, and Contractor.
• Review structural design changes, value engineering proposals, and field modifications.
• Monitor structural engineering KPIs, engineering progress, and submission status.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved structural details during construction.
• Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
• Mentor and supervise structural engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering assessments, and management presentations.
• Support project handover activities, including review of As-Built drawings and final documentation.
