تعلن شركة معادن (Maaden)، إحدى أسرع شركات التعدين نمواً في العالم وأكبر شركة تعدين ومعادن متعددة السلع في الشرق الأوسط، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمسمى أخصائي أول، منتج البيانات II (Lead Specialist, Data Product II) في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تصميم وتسليم نماذج بيانات وحلول عالية الجودة لتمكين منتجات بيانات متسقة ومحكومة وعالية الأداء، مع تطبيق المعايير المؤسسية والشراكة مع فرق الهندسة والحوكمة وأصحاب المصلحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وصيانة نماذج البيانات المنطقية والمادية لحالات استخدام التحليلات والتكامل والتقارير، بما يتوافق مع المعايير المؤسسية وأعراف التسمية.
- ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى كيانات وسمات وعلاقات متسقة؛ وضمان توافق التعريفات مع قاموس الأعمال وملكية البيانات.
- تطوير نماذج الأبعاد ومخططات الطبقات المنقاة التي تدعم التحليلات عالية الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الموحدة.
- تحديد قواعد التعيين والتحويل من الأنظمة المصدر إلى الطبقات المنقاة؛ وضمان استيفاء متطلبات التتبع والنسب والتسوية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات تصميم الحلول؛ وتحديد مخاطر النمذجة والتوصية بخطط التخفيف (جودة البيانات، البيانات الرئيسية/المرجعية، الأداء، الأرشفة الزمنية).
- دعم مهندسي البيانات بتوجيهات تنفيذية قائمة على النماذج؛ والتحقق من توافق التطبيقات المادية مع التصاميم المعتمدة.
- المساهمة في إنشاء قوالب قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ونماذج مرجعية وأنماط تصميم لتسريع التسليم وتوحيد المخرجات.
- التعاون مع فرق الحوكمة لضمان اكتمال البيانات الوصفية، وتسجيل الكتالوج، وتضمين فحوصات جودة البيانات في عملية التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البيانات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 12 سنة في نمذجة البيانات وهندسة الحلول ضمن بيئات تحليلات مؤسسية.
- خبرة عملية في تسليم نماذج لمنصات بيانات سحابية حديثة ودعم التنفيذ حتى مرحلة الإنتاج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرات قوية في نمذجة البيانات (منطقية/مادية، أبعادية) مع القدرة على توثيق التصاميم وإيصالها بوضوح.
- فهم متطلبات جودة البيانات، النسب، البيانات الوصفية، والحوكمة لمنتجات البيانات المؤسسية.
- القدرة على العمل مع المهندسين والمحللين وأصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال لحل تحديات التعريف والتكامل.
- خبرة في أدوات النمذجة وSQL؛ والإلمام باعتبارات تصميم منصات البيانات السحابية.
- تفكير تحليلي قوي وقدرة على استكشاف أخطاء النمذجة والتكامل وإصلاحها.

This role provides advanced technical leadership within delivery squads, ensuring modeling quality, integration readiness, and conformance to enterprise patterns while supporting multiple projects and domains.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models for analytics, integration, and reporting use cases, aligned with enterprise standards and naming conventions.
- Translate business requirements into consistent entities, attributes, and relationships; ensure definitions align with the business glossary and stewardship ownership.
- Develop dimensional models and curated layer schemas that support performant analytics and standardized KPIs.
- Define mappings and transformation rules from source systems to curated layers; ensure traceability, lineage, and reconciliation requirements are met.
- Participate in solution design reviews; identify modeling risks and recommend mitigation (data quality, master/reference data, performance, historization).
- Support data engineers with model-driven implementation guidance; validate that physical implementations align with approved designs.
- Contribute reusable templates, reference models, and design patterns to accelerate delivery and standardize outputs.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure metadata completeness, catalog registration, and data quality checks are embedded in delivery.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in data modeling and solution architecture within enterprise analytics environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering models for modern cloud data platforms and supporting implementation throughout production.
