تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في المملكة العربية السعودية لمسمى "مدير - البنية التحتية لتقنية العمليات والاستضافة والاتصال"، حيث سيتولى قيادة وظيفة الأنظمة والضوابط الخاصة بتقنية العمليات التشغيلية، وضمان معايير ثابتة وتشغيل آمن وفعال لأنظمة التحكم الصناعية في جميع المواقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك خارطة طريق المؤسسة لأنظمة تقنية العمليات والضوابط بما يشمل PLC و DCS و SCADA وتكامل أنظمة التحكم، وتوجيه اختيار الأنظمة ومعايير التهيئة واستراتيجيات الترقية لمنصات التحكم.
- دعم فرق المواقع في نشر وصيانة أنظمة التحكم المتوافقة، وتعزيز بنى التحكم الآمنة بالتصميم وممارسات التشغيل الآمنة.
- دعم مراقبة الأداء والتشخيص والتحسين المستمر لأنظمة التحكم، وقيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية لمشكلات موثوقية أنظمة التحكم.
- تصميم ونشر أنظمة "مغلقة الحلقة افتراضياً" لتسريع العمليات المستقلة بما يتجاوز أنظمة التحكم التقليدية المتقدمة.
- تحديد معايير تكامل أنظمة التحكم مع البنية التحتية لتقنية العمليات ومنصات البيانات وأنظمة المؤسسة، والشراكة مع فرق البنية التحتية والتخزين والشبكات والاتصال لضمان قابلية نشر أنظمة التحكم وتشغيلها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو التحكم أو الأتمتة أو هندسة النظم (ويفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في أنظمة التحكم الصناعية أو بيئات تقنية العمليات التشغيلية.
- خبرة عملية قوية في منصات PLC و DCS و SCADA.
- خبرة في حوكمة معايير أنظمة التحكم عبر مواقع متعددة.
- يفضل وجود خلفية في صناعات التعدين أو المعالجة أو الصناعات كثيفة الأصول.
المهارات المطلوبة
- حوكمة تقنية العمليات التشغيلية ومعايير أنظمة التحكم.
- منصات PLC و DCS و SCADA والأتمتة الصناعية.
- إدارة موثوقية أنظمة التحكم ودورة حياتها.
- التكامل والتوافق البيني لتقنية العمليات التشغيلية.
- التنسيق عبر المواقع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم العمليات الميدانية عن بُعد.

Role Summary
- Leads Maaden’s systems, and controls function, ensuring consistent standards, safe operation, and effective performance of industrial control systems across sites.
- Owns OT systems and controls standards including PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES integration, and control system governance.
- Acts as the control systems authority, ensuring reliable, standardized, and well-governed OT environments across operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Own OT Systems and Controls
−Own the enterprise roadmap for OT systems and controls including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and control system integrations
−Guide system selection, configuration standards, and upgrade strategies for control platforms
−Support site teams in deploying and maintaining compliant control systems
•Ensure Safe and Reliable Control Operations
−Promote safe-by-design control system architectures and operating practices
−Support performance monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of control systems
−Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for control system reliability issues
−Design and deploy ‘closed loop by default’ systems that fast-track Autonomous operations beyond conventional APC’s
•Enable Integration and Interoperability
−Define control system integration standards with OT infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems
−Partner with OT Infrastructure, Storage, Networking & Connectivity teams to ensure controls are deployable and operable

Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, or Systems Engineering | Postgrad Masters preferred
- 12+ years’ experience in industrial control systems or OT environments

Strong hands-on knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA platforms

Experience governing control system standards across multiple sites

Background in mining, process, or asset-intensive industries preferred
