Title: Performance Management Manager

Department: Finance - Performance and Capital Management

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

• Handel the reporting of the Financial Control department.
• Responsible for development, design, setting parameters and production of MI Reports / Packs using HMI System.
• Ensure all data extracted from SAB systems is accurately and meaningfully reflected in MI Reports and submitted to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Participates in the AOP exercise and prepares AOP input, consolidation, HMI upload and analysis templates.
• Conduct initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of management information system.
• Address queries and requirements raised from the business management and business finance teams within timeframe and desired quality of output.
• Ensure consistency in the bank's and segment level reporting with financial reporting ledger.
• Provide necessary support to close out various published notes in quarterly and annual financial statements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance\ accounting or other related fields.
• Experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and performance reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to develop and automate MI reports, analyze financial data, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
