Title: Performance Management Senior Manager

Location: Riyadh
Core Responsibilities:
- Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes.
- Govern the department implementation of risk-related policies and processes (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks).
- Reviews implementation of the internal control systems in line with relevant operating procedures and regulatory requirements and takes corrective action based on audit findings.
- Develops key management information to aid business decision making, encompassing financial and nonfinancial metrics.
- Utilizes the available Management Information (MI) systems, in conjunction with Head of Capital and Performance Management, to ensure delivery and regular production of key MI.
- Manages the collection of complex financial/ non-financial information from across all divisions of SAB.
- Supports annual operating and strategic plan consolidation across function and products and does the system consolidation as well and reports the same.
- Manages the preparation of ad hoc Management Information reporting requests from the Senior Management.
- Operationalizes SAB ALCM policies and ensures that ALCM policies are being implemented in the IT systems.
- Develops an internal reporting system in compliance with statutory rules and accounting practice.
- Ensures implementation of any action points raised by auditors during internal and external audits.
- Prepares and submits costing and budgetary variance reports to enable effective management decision making.
- Measures financial KPI against targets, analyses variances and suggestions.
- Responsible for handling and management of cost allocation methodology in line with latest organization structure and approved policy / allocation matrix.
- Monitors process compliance of all transactions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Responsible for submitting quarterly and annual operating segment note for published FS including underlying variances from prior period and AOP.
- Liaises with and supports external auditors during financial audits to answer and address any queries and issues during internal and external audits.
- Centralizes production of business finance production under MI Production unit within Finance.
- Centralizes handling of processing of all invoices for SAB Subsidiaries related to charges recovery in accordance with approved SLAs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- Prior financial performance management experience.
- Strong HMI system experience with HMI maintenance, adjustment posting, and report generation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
