Primary Purpose:
Performs analytical testing for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finish products, and final products in the lab in compliance with IQ requirements and GMP standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform analysis for raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished products and submit the required reports.
- Collect data to prepare and develop technical specifications.
- Organize and store all chemicals, devices and laboratory tools and ensure their safety and quantities periodically
- Performing the required testing for new raw and packaging materials samples as to confirm compliance with the specifications and report the results.
- Perform routine lab testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to support finished product release and validation.
- Use analytical instrumentation such as, pH meter, conductivity meter, Spectrophotometer, densitometer. etc
- Perform monthly lab consumables inventory and request out of stock items and remove any expire or near to expire chemicals or consumables.
- Ensure manufacturing safe products and applying key GMP roles in his area of concern.
- Performs any work requested by the direct manager.
Education:
Bachelor of Science or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Practical experience 2 years in the field of testing labs, preferred perfume manufacturing field.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Time management skills.
- Accuracy with documentation, reporting, and follow-up
- understanding of GLP, Labs operations, and industrial best practices with Quality & GMP background
- Good knowledge of GMP and quality systems standards.
- Good command of MS package.
