The IT Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and technology initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure reliable IT services, network performance, cybersecurity, and effective support for business operations. The successful candidate will oversee IT teams, manage technology projects, and drive continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and technical operations

• Lead IT teams, projects, and service delivery initiatives

• Ensure system availability, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and best practices

• Manage technology upgrades, vendors, and IT improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT operations management

• Professional Cisco certification(s)

• Strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities

• Advanced English skills
