We are seeking a Computer Science graduate with proven experience working on Qias projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions across Qias projects in Jeddah, enabling smarter workflows, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives specific to Qias projects.
- Assess current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for digital enhancement and automation.
- Deploy and integrate digital platforms such as ERP, project management systems, BIM, and data analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time project performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define digital requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between IT systems and construction operations.
- Provide training, support, and change management guidance to project teams.
- Monitor and report on digital transformation progress and ROI to Qias management.
- Ensure all digital solutions align with Qias standards, KSA regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Mandatory: Prior experience working on Qias projects in KSA.
- Proven years of experience in digital transformation, systems implementation, or IT project delivery.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
- Database management and system integration expertise.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead change and drive digital adoption.
- KSA Experience: Must have prior work experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically on Qias projects.
