المهام والمسؤوليات

- تحديد ورسم خريطة وإشراك وإدارة مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في النظام البيئي.
- العمل كجهة اتصال موثوقة لكل من أصحاب المصلحة وRoche، ومشاركة رؤية مجتمع أصحاب المصلحة وتأمين الموارد اللازمة لدفع الحلول.
- اعتماد نموذج Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) والعمل كمحفز ومدرب داخلياً وخارجياً.
- الاستفادة من الموارد المحلية والشبكية، والتعاون مع شركاء نظام الرعاية الصحية الآخرين وشركاء رحلة المريض حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الصيدلة (يفضل درجة متقدمة في علوم الحياة أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الوصول إلى السوق (Market Access) - إلزامي.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لنظام الرعاية الصحية بما في ذلك العمليات والحوكمة والوصول والتسعير واستراتيجيات السياسات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع العملاء وإدارتهم، والقدرة على إدارة المشاريع المعقدة بفعالية.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف، مع خبرة مرغوبة في صياغة الاستراتيجيات وتنسيق التعاون.

Your Responsibilities
- The HSP collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to foster innovation and create value for both the ecosystem and society
- This role involves identifying, mapping, engaging, and managing various ecosystem stakeholders
- The HSP serves as a trusted primary contact for both stakeholders and Roche, sharing the stakeholder community's vision and securing necessary resources to drive solutions
- Embracing the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model, the HSP acts as a catalyst and coach both internally and externally
- The position is empowered to leverage local and network resources, collaborating with other Healthcare System Partners and Patient Journey Partners as needed
- The HSP analyzes individual ecosystems to identify broader trends and patterns within healthcare systems
- The HSP brings external insights into Roche to shape strategy while disseminating Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge back into the ecosystem
- University degree in Pharmacy, an advanced degree in Life
- At least two years of experience in Market Access is a must for this role
- Possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare system, including processes, governance, access, pricing, and policy strategies
- Demonstrates excellent customer engagement and management skills, along with the ability to handle complex projects effectively
- Has experience leading cross-functional teams, with desirable expertise in formulating strategies and orchestrating collaboration
- Functions as a system thinker and deep listener, showcasing sensitivity as a leader who reflects and responds to team needs
- Holds strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience, adept at leveraging innovative methods and digital tools for stakeholder benefit
- Fluent in English and Arabic Languages
