المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للعلامة التجارية والأهداف المالية والتسويقية، بما يضمن الوفاء بها أو تجاوزها.
- إعداد خطط ما قبل الزيارة باستخدام أهداف SMART وتنفيذ تقييم ما بعد الزيارة لتحسين أداء المبيعات بشكل مستمر، ومعالجة الاعتراضات وسوء الفهم والمخاوف بفعالية لتحقيق نتائج ملموسة في كل زيارة بيعية.
- السعي الاستباقي والمستمر لخدمة احتياجات العملاء وتوقعاتهم وتحدياتهم، لبناء علاقات ثقة وتحقيق اتفاقيات مربحة للطرفين بين AbbVie والعملاء.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة زيارات تحقق المقاييس المحددة وتعزز التغطية والتكرار للعملاء الرئيسيين لتعظيم فرص الوصول والمبيعات.
- بناء فهم مستمر لاحتياجات العملاء وتوقعاتهم، وخريطة السوق الإقليمية، والمنافسين، وقطاعات السوق وديناميكياته، والحسابات، والمرض، والمنتج، والمعلومات السريرية والمبيعات، ومشاركة هذه المعلومات مع الفريق الميداني وفريق العلامة التجارية ومدير المبيعات لتحقيق التوافق والتكيف مع التغيرات البيئية وتحسين استراتيجية العلامة التجارية وتنفيذها.
- تمييز عرض القيمة لشركة AbbVie لدى مقدمي الرعاية الصحية المعنيين، وتحديد وتطوير والحفاظ على خبراء الأمراض والمتحدثين والداعمين لتعظيم أداء العلامة التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات كـ Product Specialist في شركة متعددة الجنسيات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مجال الرعاية التخصصية (Specialty Care).
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.
- معرفة عملية وفهم لمتطلبات مقدمي الرعاية الصحية ومجال الأمراض.
- فهم جيد لتحديات وفرص السوق.
- حس عالٍ من الأخلاق والنزاهة.
- الفضول والقدرة على التعلم والتحسين المستمر.

Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and long term sales performance placing the patient into the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
(1-3) years experience as a Product Specialist in Multinational Company
Relevant industry experience, ideally in Speciality care Therapy areas is preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
Great sense of ethics and integrity
Curiosity and ability to learn and improve

Job Description
Purpose:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives.
- Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation in order to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action in order to close on every sales call.
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between AbbVie and customers.
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental changes and challenges and to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order to maximize brand performance.
Qualifications
