المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد وتطوير خرائط طريق المنتجات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة واحتياجات العملاء.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتحديد المتطلبات وترتيب أولويات الميزات والإشراف على دورة حياة تطوير المنتج.
  • إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين لتحديد فرص الابتكار والتحسين.
  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع الملاحظات وترجمة الرؤى إلى تحسينات قابلة للتنفيذ للمنتج.
  • مراقبة مقاييس أداء المنتج وتحليل البيانات لإبلاغ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات لتطوير استراتيجيات الذهاب إلى السوق وضمان إطلاق المنتجات بنجاح.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية ذات الصلة ومعايير الأمان طوال عملية تطوير المنتج.
  • قيادة وتحفيز الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق معالم المشروع والتسليمات في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • خبرة مثبتة (3+ سنوات) في إدارة المنتجات، ويفضل في قطاعي التكنولوجيا المالية أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة الدفع الرقمية واللوائح المالية والاتجاهات الناشئة في التكنولوجيا المالية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • إتقان أدوات إدارة المنتجات مثل JIRA وConfluence وAha!.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • عقلية تحليلية مع قدرات قوية على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our core products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fintech products, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital financial services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment systems, financial regulations, and emerging fintech trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop product roadmaps that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to specify requirements, prioritize features, and oversee product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
