تعلن مجموعة ليلياتي عن توفر وظيفة كهربائي (سعودي) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قطاع الضيافة والفعاليات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى الكهربائي مسؤولية تركيب وفحص وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية في جميع مرافق الشركة من مطاعم ومشروبات وضيافة وقاعات أفراح ومناسبات.
- يضمن تشغيل جميع التمديدات الكهربائية بأمان وكفاءة ووفقاً للوائح والمعايير المعتمدة لدعم استمرارية الأعمال دون انقطاع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح الأسلاك الكهربائية وأنظمة الإضاءة ولوحات توزيع الطاقة والمفاتيح والمقابس والمعدات الكهربائية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة الكهربائية في المطابخ والمطاعم وقاعات الولائم والمكاتب ومناطق التخزين والمرافق الأخرى.
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية وإجراء الإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب لتقليل وقت التوقف التشغيلي.
- فحص الأنظمة الكهربائية بانتظام لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح الكهربائية المحلية.
- صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الإضاءة في حالات الطوارئ وأنظمة الطاقة الاحتياطية ولوحات التحكم الكهربائية.
- دعم تجهيز وصيانة المتطلبات الكهربائية لحفلات الزفاف والمؤتمرات والفعاليات الخاصة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق الصيانة الآخرين لإنجاز مشاريع الإصلاح والتحسين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير فحص وأوامر عمل.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة الطارئة أثناء العمليات التشغيلية والفعاليات.
- ضمان الاستخدام السليم للأدوات الكهربائية والمعدات ومعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).
- اتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والسلامة الغذائية في الشركة في جميع الأوقات.
- تقديم توصيات لتحسين موثوقية النظام الكهربائي وكفاءة الطاقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- رخصة كهربائي سارية المفعول أو شهادة حسب ما تتطلبه اللوائح المحلية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في الصيانة الكهربائية، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة أو المطاعم والفنادق أو أماكن الفعاليات.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية ولوحات التحكم والمحركات والإضاءة والصيانة الوقائية.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والرسوم الفنية.
- مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية لإعداد تقارير الصيانة (ميزة إضافية).

Job Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across the company's food and beverage facilities, hospitality operations, and wedding/event hall. The role ensures that all electrical installations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards to support uninterrupted business operations.

The Electrician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across the company's food and beverage facilities, hospitality operations, and wedding/event hall. The role ensures that all electrical installations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards to support uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution panels, switches, sockets, and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems in kitchens, restaurants, banquet halls, offices, storage areas, and other facilities.
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize operational downtime.
- Inspect electrical systems regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes.
- Maintain and repair emergency lighting systems, backup power systems, and electrical control panels.
- Support the setup and maintenance of electrical requirements for weddings, conferences, and special events.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members to complete repair and improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during business operations and events.
- Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow company health, safety, and food safety procedures at all times.
- Recommend improvements to enhance electrical system reliability and energy efficiency.
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid electrician license or certification (where required by local regulations).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, hotels, or event venues.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, lighting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting are an advantage.
