Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Driver is responsible for safely transporting company staff, guests, and materials to designated locations while following all traffic laws and company policies. Daily tasks include inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle, and reporting any mechanical issues in a timely manner. The role involves planning routes to optimize travel time, ensuring punctual pick-ups and drop-offs, and keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel, and trips. The Driver is also expected to support general logistics needs, handle deliveries and document transfers when required, and maintain a professional, courteous attitude with all passengers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license appropriate for the vehicle class, with a clean driving record and a strong focus on road safety.
• Proven experience as a professional driver (e.g., corporate, personal, or logistics driving), preferably in Makkah or the wider Saudi Arabia region.
• Good knowledge of Makkah city routes, traffic patterns, and local regulations, with the ability to use navigation tools and follow directions accurately.
• Ability to conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights) and coordinate with maintenance providers for servicing and repairs.
• Professional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and discreetly with passengers at all levels.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and time management, with the ability to handle changing schedules and priorities.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and assist with loading and unloading light to moderate items as needed.
• Basic literacy in English or Arabic for reading instructions, route details, and documentation; bilingual ability is an advantage.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, including safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance standards.
