About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various real estate development projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, project coordination, or construction management is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management principles, real estate market trends, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks is essential. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools is expected. A proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation, permits, and legal requirements are accurately maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Assist in evaluating project proposals, bids, and contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
• Support the procurement process, including tendering and vendor selection.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to post-project review and documentation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
