Chairman Office Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Chairman Office Manager to handle the daily operations of the Chairman's office and ensure a smooth administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar Management: Lead and orchestrate the Chairman’s daily schedule, including high-level board meetings and international conferences.
- Strategic Communication: Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the Chairman and VIP clients, board members, and senior executives.
- Information & Document Control: Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming reports, memos, and sensitive documents before they reach the Chairman.
- Global Travel Logistics: Plan and execute comprehensive, multi-destination travel itineraries, including private aviation, ground transport, and accommodation.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for the Chairman's daily meetings and record official minutes.
- Office Operations & Protocol: Oversee the daily operations of the executive floor, manage support staff, and ensure strict adherence to executive protocols.
- Confidential Project Tracking: Follow up on the status of ongoing projects and decisions made by the Chairman with various department heads.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in office management or executive assistance to top-tier management.
- Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Traits: High level of confidentiality, strong multitasking abilities, and professional communication.
