تعلن شركة الاتصالات السعودية عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض بمسمى Lead Business Analyst.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا المستوى مسؤولية أداء ومساعدة كبار المحللين في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات المعقدة تقنياً، من خلال إدارة جمع البيانات وإجراء التحليلات المعقدة ومراجعة جميع التقارير الموثقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في تخطيط مشاريع التحليل وإعداد التقارير في stc، من خلال توفير جميع الإحصائيات والوثائق ذات الصلة في الوقت المناسب.
- المشاركة في إجراء تحليلات معقدة لبيانات الأعمال والسوق والأداء في stc، ومراجعة جميع التقارير ذات الصلة لضمان الدقة.
- المشاركة في تنفيذ إجراءات التحليل وإعداد التقارير وفقاً لجميع المتطلبات الإجرائية والتوثيقية والتشريعية ذات الصلة.
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى، والمشاركة في إعداد توقعات السوق وخطط النشاط، والمساعدة في تتبع التقدم ونتائج الأعمال.
- التواصل مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية داخل وخارج المؤسسة لضمان معالجة وإدارة جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالتحليل وإعداد التقارير بكفاءة.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للفريق ضمن نطاق محدد، من خلال تنفيذ عمليات العمل ذات الصلة وضمان الدقة.
- توزيع خطط العمل على الفريق لضمان استمرارية العمل، وإعداد التقارير اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- المساعدة في التنسيق مع مسؤولي التعريفات/التجار الدوليين بشكل منتظم، والمساعدة في مراقبة المراكز التجارية لضمان عدم تجاوز الحدود المصرح بها.
- تحليل ربحية فرص الأعمال المحتملة لضمان اتخاذ القرارات الفعالة.
- دعم أعضاء الفريق وحل الاستفسارات الروتينية لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- التواصل مع المشرفين الآخرين لبناء علاقات عمل فعالة وتحديد أوجه التآزر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصصات ذات صلة.
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان الفطنة التجارية.
- إتقان جمع البيانات وتحليلها.
- إتقان مهارات إعداد التقارير.
- إتقان استخدام برامج وأدوات التقارير ذات الصلة.

Job Responsibility
- Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, by providing all relevant statistics and documentation, in a timely manner.
- Participate in performing complex analysis of STC’s business, market and performance data and reviews all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with all relevant procedural, documentation and legislative requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, participates in preparing market forecasts and activity plans, and assists in tracking progress and business outcomes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure that all analysis and reporting related matters are addressed and managed efficiently.
- Manage day to day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Allocate work plans to the team to ensure work continuity and prepares necessary reports for decision making and strategic planning purposes.
- Assist in coordinating with international tariffs/traders on a regular basis and assists in monitoring the trading positions, in order to ensure no breach or over - exposure to their authorized positions.
- Analyse profitability of potential business opportunities, in order to ensure effective decision making.
- Support team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity.
- Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.
