يدعوكم stc (الاتصالات السعودية) في الرياض لشغل وظيفة **محلل أول لخلق القيمة في قطاع الاتصالات (Senior Telco Value Creation Analyst)**، حيث ستكونون مسؤولين عن دعم التوجيه الاستراتيجي لفرص الاستحواذ ودمج الشركات التابعة ضمن قطاع الاتصالات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم توجيه عمليات البحث عن فرص استحواذ جديدة في مجال الاتصالات، سواء للشركات التابعة القائمة أو لإنشاء شركات جديدة.
- إدارة عمليات التكامل بعد الاندماج (Post Merger Integration) لمحفظة الاتصالات بشكل شامل.
- دعم سلسلة قيمة أنشطة الاستحواذ بما في ذلك العناية الواجبة، وحسابات الجدوى التجارية، والهيكلة، والتفاوض، وتنفيذ الصفقات لفرص أعمال الاتصالات.
- تطوير دراسات جدوى مفصلة لفرص قطاع الاتصالات.
- تقديم الدعم الأمثل لوحدة الاستثمار في تحديد فرص الاستثمار في قطاع الاتصالات.
- تحديد وتقييم وترتيب أولويات فرص النمو محليًا ودوليًا لمجموعة stc NEW MARKETS، وتحديد مجالات التعاون مع الوحدات الأخرى.
- تطوير نهج تكامل وخطة لخلق القيمة والكفاءة بما يتوافق مع وحدة الاستراتيجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي أو تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في صناعة الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية (إلزامي).
- درجة الماجستير في المالية (إضافي).
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي مثل (SMP) أو (SPP).
- المستوى الوظيفي: احترافي (Professional).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات التفاوض والإقناع.
- مهارات حل المشكلات وفض النزاعات.
- مهارات تحليلية وكمية ومفاهيمية.

Job Responsibility
- Support in provide directives towards scouting for new acquisitions in the TelCo space for targets that would be needed for stand alone subsidiaries and/or to bring assets/capabilities to existing subsidiaries
- Support in managing the Post merger Integration end to end for TelCo Portfolio
- Support the value chain of acquisition related activities including due diligence, business case calculations, structuring, negotiations and transaction execution for TelCo business opportunities.
- Develop detailed business cases for TelCo opportunities
- Provide optimal support to investment unit in targeting the identification of TelCo Investment opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities locally & internationally for stc NEW MARKETS cluster and identify collaboration areas with other BUs
- Develop an integration approach and value creation plan and efficiency in alignment with Strategy Unit
