We're Hiring | Warehouse Assistant

Clay Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of medical and operational inventory while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in timely reordering of clinic products.

• Prepare and issue supplies to clinic departments.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with clinic standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management (healthcare experience is preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good computer and inventory management skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
