Designation: Clinic Supervisor

Job Period: Full Time

We’re Hiring | Clinic Supervisor

Clay Clinic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Supervisor to lead operational excellence and support the continued growth of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and optimize overall clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and patient experience.

· Drive operational efficiency through effective management of patient flow, scheduling, and resource planning.

· Oversee cross-functional departments including Customer Service, Marketing, Hospitality, and Facility Operations.

· Partner with physicians and management on service development, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives.

· Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational policies.

· Lead the management, investigation, and resolution of MOH cases, regulatory matters, and patient complaints, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.

· Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

· Oversee facility management, medical equipment readiness, and operational continuity.

· Prepare executive reports and support strategic planning, expansion, and organizational development.

· Build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Experience in clinic operations, preferably in aesthetic or healthcare sector.

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

• Excellent customer service and patient experience management.

• Knowledge of MOH regulations and required licensing compliance.

• Strong organizational and operational management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field
