Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role coordinates employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains HR records, and assists with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator helps administer employee benefits, responds to HR-related inquiries, and supports employee relations activities, including handling routine concerns and facilitating positive workplace interactions. The role also involves preparing HR reports, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local labor regulations.

- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including experience supporting daily HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration, with the ability to assist in managing employee benefit programs and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on fostering a respectful, supportive, and compliant work environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including assisting in policy implementation, communication, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems or HRIS tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
