Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role oversees daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, supporting managers with performance management processes, and ensuring consistent application of HR practices. The supervisor will handle employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, monitoring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership to enhance workplace culture and organizational effectiveness. The role also involves preparing HR reports, supporting training and development programs, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management, including handling workplace issues and supporting performance review cycles.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, with the ability to interpret, implement, and maintain compliant and consistent HR procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are beneficial.
