About the Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee, direct, and optimize our healthcare operations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure seamless patient care and maximum organizational efficiency.

- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic goals, clinical programs, and operational policies.

- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives to ensure financial sustainability without compromising clinical standards.

- Mentor, lead, and evaluate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance between medical and administrative staff.

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

- Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Management (MMM), or an Executive MBA. 

- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in a clinical and medical setup.
