تعلن شركة Fong Lee Metal Industries Pte Ltd عن توفر وظيفة Maintenance Technician في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية على ماكينات CNC واللحام لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية في ماكينات CNC واللحام.
  • معايرة وضبط ماكينات CNC واللحام للحفاظ على الدقة والضبط.
  • استبدال المكونات التالفة أو البالية مثل المحركات والمحركات والحساسات ولوحات التحكم.
  • التنسيق والعمل مع الموردين لحل مشكلات الماكينات وضمان مراعاة السلامة.
  • فحص وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك الأسلاك والمفاتيح ولوحات التحكم.
  • استكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية وإصلاحها لضمان تشغيل آمن وفعال للماكينات.
  • ترقية أو تعديل المكونات الكهربائية لتحسين أداء الماكينة والامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات ومعايير السلامة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
  • إجراء فحوصات السلامة على ماكينات CNC واللحام والأنظمة الكهربائية لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة بما في ذلك سجلات الإصلاح وتاريخ المعدات.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات الكبيرة للمعدات ومتطلبات الإصلاح إلى مشرف أو مدير الصيانة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها، مع تدريب تقني أو مهني إضافي في مجال الكهرباء.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كفني صيانة ماكينات CNC مع خبرة كهربائية.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة Fanuc CNC والدوائر الكهربائية ولوحات التحكم.
  • إتقان قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والأدلة الفنية.
  • خبرة في تركيب الماكينات مفضلة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في تشخيص الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة.

Responsibilities

  • 1) Machine Maintenance:
  • - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC & welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • - Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in CNC & welding equipment.
  • - Calibrate and adjust CNC & welding machines to maintain precision and accuracy.
  • - Replace worn-out or damaged components, such as motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
  • - Co-ordinate and work with vendors to resolve machines issues and ensure safety is being observed.
  • 2) Electrical Systems Maintenance:
  • - Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels.
  • - Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery.
  • - Upgrade or retrofit electrical components to enhance machine performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • 3) Safety Compliance:
  • - Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • - Conduct safety checks on CNC & welding machines and electrical systems to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.
  • 4) Documentation and Reporting:
  • - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs and equipment history.
  • - Report major equipment issues and repair requirements to the maintenance supervisor or manager.
  • 5) Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in electrical.
  • - Minimum 10 years proven working experience as a CNC machine maintenance technician with electrical expertise.
  • - Strong knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.
  • - Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • - Experience in machine installation is preferred.
  • - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
