تعلن شركة BEC Arabia، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في حلول الخرسانة والإنشاءات، عن توفر وظيفة منسق لوجستي (Logistics Coordinator) للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون لهذا الدور دور محوري في ضمان حركة سلسة للمواد والمعدات والموارد لدعم المشاريع الإنشائية والبنية التحتية الضخمة في إطار رؤية المملكة 2030.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث BEC Arabia عن منسق لوجستي دقيق ومنظم للانضمام إلى قسم اللوجستيات في الرياض. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة تدفق المواد والمعدات والموارد اللازمة لتنفيذ مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، من التطورات التجارية إلى المشاريع الحكومية العملاقة. سيعمل المرشح بشكل وثيق مع مدراء المشاريع وفرق المشتريات والموردين الخارجيين لضمان توافق العمليات اللوجستية مع جداول المشاريع وميزانياتها، مع الإشراف على الامتثال للوائح السعودية (بما في ذلك التخليص الجمركي وقوانين النقل) والتركيز على السلامة والاستدامة. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة ممتازة للنمو المهني في بيئة ديناميكية سريعة الإيقاع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق وإدارة نقل وتسليم وتخزين مواد البناء والمعدات واللوازم إلى مواقع المشاريع.
  • تطوير وصيانة خطط لوجستية مفصلة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبأقل تكلفة.
  • مراقبة وتتبع الشحنات وضمان دقة الوثائق والامتثال للوائح الجمارك والنقل السعودية.
  • التعاون مع فرق المشتريات لمواءمة العمليات اللوجستية مع جداول المشاريع ومتطلبات المواد.
  • التفاوض وإدارة العقود مع مزودي خدمات النقل لضمان أسعار تنافسية وجودة خدمة عالية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة (بما في ذلك ISO 45001) وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة في العمليات اللوجستية.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير عن أداء اللوجستيات وتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع لمعالجة أي تحديات أو تأخيرات لوجستية وتقليل تأثيرها على الجداول الزمنية.
  • تحسين عمليات إدارة المخزون لتقليل الهدر وزيادة الكفاءة.
  • التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية لضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية بما في ذلك متطلبات المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI) وقانون العمل السعودي.
  • دعم مبادرات الاستدامة من خلال تطبيق ممارسات لوجستية خضراء تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنسيق اللوجستيات ضمن صناعة البناء أو الهندسة.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج لوجستية مثل SAP أو Oracle Transportation Management أو أدوات مماثلة.
  • معرفة قوية باللوائح الجمركية السعودية وقوانين النقل.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المخزون وتحسين سلسلة التوريد.
  • الإلمام بمعيار ISO 45001 ومعايير السلامة الأخرى ذات الصلة بالعمليات اللوجستية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
  • يفضل: شهادة في إدارة سلسلة التوريد (مثل CSCP أو CLTD) أو ما يعادلها.
  • يفضل: خبرة في العمل على المشاريع العملاقة أو داخل منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

About the Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Department in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in managing the flow of materials, equipment, and resources to support the successful execution of our large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. From commercial developments to government mega-projects, your work will directly contribute to the timely delivery and operational efficiency of some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure that logistics operations align with project timelines and budgets. You will also oversee compliance with Saudi regulations, including customs clearance and transportation laws, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation, delivery, and storage of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites.
  • Develop and maintain detailed logistics plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of resources.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Saudi customs and transportation regulations.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to align logistics operations with project schedules and material requirements.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including ISO 45001, and promote a culture of safety within logistics operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers to address any logistical challenges or delays, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
  • Optimize inventory management processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure adherence to local regulations, including GOSI and Saudi Labor Law requirements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by implementing green logistics practices in alignment with BEC Arabia’s corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in logistics software such as SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and transportation laws.
  • Demonstrated experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and other safety standards relevant to logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) or equivalent.
  • Experience working on mega-projects or within the GCC region.
