تعلن شركة BEC Arabia عن حاجتها إلى مشرف مدني (Civil Foreman) للعمل في فريق الإنشاءات الديناميكي بالرياض. ستسهم في تنفيذ مشاريع بنية تحتية ومباني واسعة النطاق، داعمةً لمبادرات رؤية السعودية 2030.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة موقع البناء اليومية وإدارتها لضمان الامتثال لخطط المشروع والجداول الزمنية ومعايير السلامة.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع ومديري المشاريع والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمهام.
  • مراقبة وإنفاذ الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، بما في ذلك استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية والامتثال لمعايير OSHA وISO 45001.
  • فحص والتحقق من جودة المواد والأعمال وطرق البناء لتتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع.
  • إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير التقدم اليومية، بما في ذلك استخدام العمالة والمواد والمعدات.
  • تخصيص وإدارة الموارد بفعالية، بما في ذلك العمالة والأدوات والمعدات، لتحسين الإنتاجية.
  • حل المشكلات في الموقع فوراً، بما في ذلك التحديات الفنية أو نقص المواد أو النزاعات العمالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الإشراف على مواقع البناء، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور مشرف مدني.
  • معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء والمواد والمعدات.
  • الإلمام بكود البناء السعودي (SBC) واللوائح المحلية الأخرى.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق من العمال المهرة والمقاولين من الباطن.
  • إتقان قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والمخططات.
  • شهادة في معايير السلامة OSHA أو NEBOSH.
  • التسجيل لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI) وقانون العمل السعودي.

About the Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our prestigious projects in Riyadh. As a Civil Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines. Reporting directly to the Site Engineer and Project Manager, you will lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage and compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods to meet project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, including labor, tools, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly, including technical challenges, material shortages, or workforce disputes.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all team members are informed of daily objectives and hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant municipal regulations.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities in coordination with the project team.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and laborers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Liaise with inspectors and regulatory authorities to ensure all required approvals and inspections are completed.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction site supervision, with at least 3 years in a Foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other local regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of skilled workers and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Certification in OSHA or NEBOSH safety standards.
  • Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Compliance with GOSI and Saudi Labor Law requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on mega-projects or government infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Certification in Primavera P6 or other project scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of green building standards such as LEED or Mostadam.
  • Advanced training in construction safety management.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools for construction planning and coordination.

Working Conditions

  • Work is primarily conducted on construction sites in Riyadh, with exposure to outdoor conditions, including heat and dust.
  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory and provided by BEC Arabia.
