Role Description The Fleet Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet. This includes scheduling and dispatching vehicles, tracking fleet utilization, monitoring maintenance schedules, and ensuring vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards. The role coordinates with drivers, store operations, and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes, minimize downtime, and support timely movement of goods. The Fleet Coordinator maintains accurate records on vehicle performance, fuel usage, and service history, and prepares regular reports for management. The position also involves resolving operational issues, supporting cost-control initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of fleet efficiency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in fleet operations coordination, route planning, and basic logistics management.
• Candidates should possess skills in data entry, record keeping, and using fleet or logistics management software.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and teamwork across operations and logistics functions.
• Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, or retail logistics is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety standards, vehicle maintenance processes, and local regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, with flexibility to support operational needs and peak periods.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
