شركة صافولا تعلن عن وظيفة مدرب جودة العمليات - الجودة الإقليمية في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ برامج تدريب جودة المنتج لمتاجر بنده (Retail Stores) والمرافق وقنوات البيع المتعددة (Omnichannel) لضمان تحقيق أعلى معايير جودة المنتج والامتثال لمعايير بنده.
- تنفيذ خطة الزيارات التدريبية لجودة المنتج لدعم تطبيق إجراءات التحسين.
- إعداد تقارير عدم المطابقة (Non-Compliance Reports) وإبلاغ الإدارات المعنية ومتابعة إغلاقها.
- تنفيذ برامج تدقيق جودة الموردين للعلامات الخاصة (الأغذية وغير الغذائية) والمنتجات الطازجة (لحوم، دواجن، خضروات، إلخ) للتحقق من امتثال المورد للمتطلبات القياسية وحماية العملاء من مخاطر سلامة الغذاء.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) للإدارات المعنية ومتابعتها حتى الإغلاق.
- التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء وتقارير عدم المطابقة، وتحليل البيانات المجمعة، وتقديمها إلى مدير العمليات الإقليمي للجودة لاتخاذ الإجراء المناسب مع إجراءات تصحيحية.
- ملء النماذج اللازمة (نماذج الشكوى والتحقيق) وإبلاغ مدير العمليات الإقليمي بها.
- مراقبة أنشطة مكافحة الآفات والنظافة في المتاجر والمرافق، ومتابعة المشكلات المتعلقة بها وإبلاغها.
- المساهمة في تطوير المواد التدريبية للجودة وإجراء دورات تدريبية للموظفين المستهدفين لتحسين معرفتهم ومستويات أدائهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجودة، علوم الأغذية، الأحياء الدقيقة، الطب البيطري، الهندسة الزراعية، الهندسة الكيميائية أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي معتمد (Certified Lead Auditor) - يفضل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات في منصب تدقيق وجودة.
- معرفة في إدارة الجودة وبرامج تدقيق الموردين.
- معرفة معايير سلامة الغذاء المحلية والدولية (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) ومتطلبات الهيئات التنظيمية السعودية.
- خبرة في مجالات مختلفة لسلامة الغذاء والنظافة (التصنيع، التجزئة، أو الضيافة).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- اللباقة واللباقة والمرونة والصفات المرنة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- رسم خرائط العمليات وتحسينها (Process mapping and Improvement).
- تحليل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Analysis).
- مهارات متميزة في حل المشكلات، بناء الفريق، التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات.

Job Description
Job Purpose:

Contribute in developing quality training materials and conduct training sessions for all targeted employees to improve their knowledge and performance standards.

Key Accountabilities
Product Quality Coach Program:
- - Execute the Product Quality Coach Programs for Pandas Retail Stores, Facilities, and Omnichannel to ensure highest Product Quality are met, and comply with Panda standard.
- -Execute Product Quality Coach Visiting plan to support improvement actions implementation.
- -Prepare necessary non-compliance reports and communicated to concerned departments and follow up on raised noncompliance reports till its closed.
- Implement Supplier Quality audit programs for private label (Food & Non-Food Vendors) and Fresh (i.e., Fresh meat, chilled meat, Produce, Deli etc.) by conducting audits to verify the supplier compliance with the standard requirements to protect customers from potential food safety hazards.
- Report all raised NCRs to concerned departments and follow on raised NCRs till its closed.
- Investigate customer complaints and NCRs, analyze the collected data, submit it to the Quality Operation regional Manager for further action to close the issue with proper corrective actions.
- Fill the necessary forms (Complaint forms and Investigation forms) and communicate it to Operation regional Manager.
- Monitor pest control and Hygiene service activities at stores and Facilities.
- Follow up and communicate the issues related to the pest control and Hygiene program activities at stores and Facilities.
Contribute in developing quality training materials and conduct training sessions for all targeted employees to improve their knowledge and performance standards.
Skills Description
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any other relevant field is required
- Certified Lead auditor is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with (3) years at an Audit and Quality position.
- Knowledge in Quality management and Supplier audit programs
- Knowledge of local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) and Saudi regulatory authorities’ standard requirements.
- Have experience in different fields of food safety & hygiene (Manufacturing, Retail or Hospitality).
- Leadership, developing others, Emphasizing on Excellence, Attention to Details, Thoroughness & Dealing with Complexity.
