We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead and drive Enterprise Architecture (EA) governance and strategic alignment across the organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring that architecture standards, principles, and reference models are embedded into technology decisions, solution delivery, and investment planning-while influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

EA Governance & Leadership

• Lead Enterprise Architecture governance processes and architecture review boards
• Ensure alignment of all solutions with EA principles, standards, and reference architectures
• Oversee architecture compliance across initiatives and major programs
• Govern and approve architecture exceptions, including risk and impact assessment

Strategy & Portfolio Alignment

• Align IT initiatives and application landscape with business strategy and capabilities
• Drive portfolio rationalization, optimization, and technology standardization
• Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities across platforms and systems
• Provide strategic insights to support investment decisions

EA Frameworks & Standards

• Define, enhance, and maintain EA frameworks, standards, and reference models
• Ensure consistent adoption of EA practices across all domains
• Lead the development of architecture artifacts, viewpoints, and repositories

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams
• Act as a trusted advisor on architecture strategy and transformation initiatives
• Influence decision-making across complex and cross-functional environments

Delivery Oversight

• Ensure architecture is effectively integrated into delivery lifecycles
• Support major programs and initiatives with architectural direction and governance
• Bridge strategy with execution across delivery teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 9-12+ years of experience in Enterprise / Solution Architecture
• Strong experience in:
• Enterprise Architecture governance and frameworks
• Large-scale enterprise environments
• Multi-domain architecture (applications, infrastructure, integration)
• Digital transformation initiatives
• Proven leadership experience in architecture roles
• Strong expertise in TOGAF or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and modern architecture practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• TOGAF
• Cloud Solution Architect certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• COBIT (preferred)
• PMP (nice to have)
