Job Description
Takamol Ventures is seeking an experienced Investment Senior Manager to lead Venture Capital investment activities across sourcing, evaluation, execution, portfolio management, and value creation. The candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, preparing investment recommendations, managing portfolio companies, and supporting the overall development of the venture capital platform. The role requires strong venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or startup operating experience, combined with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
- Source high-quality investment opportunities aligned with Takamol Ventures’ investment strategy.
- Build and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities
- Conduct market, competitive, commercial, financial, and strategic analyses of potential investments.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses.
- Prepare a full investment memo.
- Lead negotiations of investment terms and transaction documentation alongside external counsel.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and key operating metrics.
- Support portfolio companies through strategic introductions, partnerships, business development opportunities, and fundraising support.
- Coordinate value creation initiatives across Takamol’s ecosystem.
- Prepare portfolio performance updates and investor reports.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, management consulting, startup accelerators or incubators, entrepreneurship, or other investment and innovation-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, executing, and managing investment transactions.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital dynamics, and technology-enabled business models.
- Experience preparing investment memoranda, financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials.
- Experience managing due diligence processes.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
