تعلن شركة تكامل القابضة (Takamol Holdings) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي في الرياض، السعودية، لمسمى مدير الاستثمارات المباشرة (Direct Investments Manager) للعمل ضمن فريق تكامل فنتشرز (Takamol Ventures) في قيادة أنشطة الاستثمار الجريء، بدءاً من تحديد الفرص وتقييمها وتنفيذها وإدارة المحفظة وخلق القيمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات مع المؤسسين وشركات رأس المال الجريء ومسرعات الأعمال وحاضنات الأعمال وشركاء النظام البيئي.
- تحديد فرص استثمارية عالية الجودة تتماشى مع استراتيجية تكامل فنتشرز الاستثمارية.
- بناء وإدارة قائمة من الفرص الاستثمارية.
- إجراء تحليلات للسوق والمنافسة والجوانب التجارية والمالية والاستراتيجية للاستثمارات المحتملة.
- بناء النماذج المالية وتحليلات التقييم.
- إعداد مذكرة استثمارية كاملة.
- قيادة مفاوضات شروط الاستثمار ووثائق الصفقة بالتعاون مع المستشار القانوني الخارجي.
- مراقبة أداء الشركات المستثمر فيها والمؤشرات التشغيلية الرئيسية.
- دعم الشركات المستثمر فيها من خلال التقديمات الاستراتيجية والشراكات وفرص تطوير الأعمال ودعم جمع التمويل.
- تنسيق مبادرات خلق القيمة عبر النظام البيئي لتكامل.
- إعداد تقارير تحديث أداء المحفظة وتقارير للمستثمرين.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، علوم الحاسب، الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل حملة ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو شهادة CFA أو CAIA أو مؤهلات مهنية أخرى ذات صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في رأس المال الجريء، الأسهم الخاصة، أسهم النمو، الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، الاستشارات الإدارية، مسرعات الأعمال أو حاضنات الأعمال، ريادة الأعمال، أو أدوار أخرى متعلقة بالاستثمار والابتكار.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقييم وتنفيذ وإدارة الصفقات الاستثمارية.
- فهم قوي للنظم البيئية للشركات الناشئة وديناميكيات رأس المال الجريء ونماذج الأعمال القائمة على التكنولوجيا.
- خبرة في إعداد مذكرات الاستثمار والنماذج المالية وتحليلات التقييم ومواد لجنة الاستثمار.
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات العناية الواجبة (Due Diligence).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
- Source high-quality investment opportunities aligned with Takamol Ventures’ investment strategy.
- Build and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities
- Conduct market, competitive, commercial, financial, and strategic analyses of potential investments.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses.
- Prepare a full investment memo.
- Lead negotiations of investment terms and transaction documentation alongside external counsel.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and key operating metrics.
- Support portfolio companies through strategic introductions, partnerships, business development opportunities, and fundraising support.
- Coordinate value creation initiatives across Takamol’s ecosystem.
- Prepare portfolio performance updates and investor reports.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, management consulting, startup accelerators or incubators, entrepreneurship, or other investment and innovation-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, executing, and managing investment transactions.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital dynamics, and technology-enabled business models.
- Experience preparing investment memoranda, financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials.
- Experience managing due diligence processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
