Role Description The Loss Prevention Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Fairmont in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees daily loss prevention operations, including monitoring physical security systems, conducting floor patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. The supervisor investigates incidents of theft, policy violations, and accidents, prepares detailed reports, and supports coordination with local authorities when required. Responsibilities include managing inventory control measures, coaching team members on loss prevention practices, and collaborating with other departments to reduce risk and protect guests, colleagues, and assets. The role also involves training staff on security protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a culture of safety, discretion, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control to reduce shrinkage and safeguard hotel assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security, including familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Investigation skills to conduct thorough incident reviews, gather evidence, and prepare clear reports.
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality security, or a similar environment, is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
• A diploma or degree in security management, criminal justice, hospitality management, or a related field is an asset.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
