تعلن شركة Hatch، بالشراكة مع Ma'aden، عن توفر وظيفة منسق بيئي وتراخيص (Environmental & Permitting Coordinator) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ساعات العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس (8:00 صباحاً - 5:00 مساءً). آخر موعد للتقديم 31 يوليو 2026. يُشجَّع السعوديون بشدة على التقديم دعماً لرؤية السعودية 2030.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنسيق تقييمات الأثر البيئي والاجتماعي (ESIA) وأنشطة الترخيص البيئي.
- تنسيق طلبات المعلومات بين العميل والاستشاريين وخبراء الموضوع والتخصصات الهندسية.
- جدولة وحضور اجتماعات المشروع، وإعداد محاضر الاجتماعات، ومتابعة بنود العمل.
- إدارة عملية المراجعة الفنية لمخرجات الاستشاريين ومراقبة حل التعليقات.
- دعم المواءمة بين المتطلبات البيئية والالتزامات الترخيصية والتصميم الهندسي.
- الحفاظ على سجلات بيئية منظمة، والإيداعات، والموافقات، والمراسلات.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير البيئية وتتبع تقدم المشروع.
- دعم تنفيذ ومراقبة شروط الموافقة البيئية والتزامات ESIA أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- المشاركة في الزيارات الميدانية والتفتيش وأنشطة المراقبة والتدقيق البيئي.
- تنسيق برامج المراقبة البيئية لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- تقديم دعم عام للمشروع للمتخصصين البيئيين وفرق المشروع.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات البيئية والتطورات في المجال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم البيئية أو الإدارة البيئية أو الهندسة البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية تصل إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم عمليات تقييم الأثر البيئي والترخيص والمراقبة والامتثال.
- معرفة عامة بالموضوعات البيئية بما في ذلك جودة الهواء والمياه والنفايات والضوضاء والتربة والتنوع البيولوجي والتأهب للطوارئ.
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابية وشفهية.
- قدرة جيدة على إدارة الوثائق وحفظ السجلات.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الاستشاريين والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- الالتزام القوي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- الراحة في العمل في بيئات مكتبية وصناعية وإنشائية.
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- المبادرة في طلب التوجيه ورفع القضايا عند الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في الاستشارات البيئية أو مشاريع التعدين أو الصناعية أو الإنشائية.
- الإلمام بمتطلبات الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع (Royal Commission) البيئية.
- خبرة في دعم الدراسات البيئية أو طلبات التصاريح أو المراجعات الفنية.
- مهارات في اللغة العربية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

This role offers the opportunity to work on major mining and metals projects while developing practical experience in environmental assessment, permitting, compliance, and project delivery.

Hatch, in partnership with Ma'aden, is seeking a motivated Environmental Professional to join our Environment, People, and Place team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to work on major mining and metals projects while developing practical experience in environmental assessment, permitting, compliance, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and environmental permitting activities.
- Coordinate information requests between the client, consultants, subject matter experts, and engineering disciplines.
- Schedule and participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Manage the technical review process for consultant deliverables and monitor comment resolution.
- Support alignment between environmental requirements, permitting obligations, and engineering design.
- Maintain organized environmental records, submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Assist with environmental reporting and project progress tracking.
- Support implementation and monitoring of environmental approval conditions and ESIA commitments during project execution.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, monitoring activities, and environmental audits.Coordinate environmental monitoring programs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide general project support to environmental specialists and project teams.
- Stay informed on environmental best practices and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Understanding of environmental impact assessment, permitting, monitoring, and compliance processes.
- General knowledge of environmental topics including air quality, water, waste, noise, soil, biodiversity, and emergency preparedness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good document management and record-keeping capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Experience in environmental consulting, mining, industrial, or construction projects.
- Familiarity with Royal Commission environmental requirements.
- Experience supporting environmental studies, permit applications, or technical reviews.
- Arabic language skills.Valid driver's license.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Comfortable working in office, industrial, and construction environments.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive in seeking guidance and escalating issues when required.
