شركة هاتش (Hatch) بالشراكة مع شركة معادن (Ma’aden) تعلن عن وظيفة منسق مخاطر (Risk Coordinator) في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم مشروع إعادة تدوير الألمنيوم. سيعمل المرشح الناجح ضمن فريق مراقبة المشاريع لدعم تنفيذ برنامج إدارة المخاطر وضمان تحديد وتقييم ومراقبة المخاطر والفرص طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخاطر والفرص (Risk and Opportunity Registers) وتتبع إجراءات التخفيف.
- تنسيق ورش عمل تحديد المخاطر ودعم التقييمات النوعية والكمية للمخاطر.
- مراقبة وتحليل مخاطر المشروع التي تؤثر على التكلفة والجدول الزمني والسلامة والجودة والمشتريات والإنشاءات وتنفيذ المشروع.
- تطوير تقارير المخاطر ولوحات البيانات (Dashboards) وخرائط الحرارة (Heat Maps) ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية (KRIs).
- دعم مراجعات المخاطر وإبلاغ حالة المخاطر لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف لدمج آثار المخاطر في التوقعات وتقييمات الطوارئ.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة المخاطر الخاصة بشركة هاتش ومعادن والمشروع.
- دعم مبادرات الدروس المستفادة (Lessons Learned) وتعزيز ثقافة إدارة المخاطر الاستباقية عبر فريق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مراقبة المشاريع أو إدارة المخاطر أو تخطيط المشاريع أو مراقبة التكاليف أو إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في مشاريع التعدين أو المعادن أو الصناعة أو البنية التحتية أو مشاريع EPC/EPCM.
- خبرة في مشاريع منطقة الشرق الأوسط تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل PMI-RMP أو PMP أو ما يعادلها في إدارة المخاطر.
- يُشجع بشدة المواطنون السعوديون على التقديم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة مخاطر المشاريع ومواصفة ISO 31000.
- الإلمام ببرامج Primavera P6 و Microsoft Excel و Power BI وبرامج إدارة المخاطر.
- فهم عمليات مراقبة المشاريع والجدولة والتنبؤ وإدارة التكاليف.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وإعداد التقارير، والتواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- تحديد وتحليل المخاطر.

The successful candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining the project risk management program, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Coordinator

Position Summary
Hatch is seeking a Risk Coordinator to support the delivery of the Ma’aden Aluminium Recycling Project. Working within the Project Controls team, the Risk Coordinator will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Cost Control, and Client teams to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the project Risk and Opportunity Registers and track mitigation actions.
- Coordinate risk identification workshops and support qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyze project risks impacting cost, schedule, safety, quality, procurement, construction, and project execution.
- Develop risk reports, dashboards, heat maps, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Support risk reviews and communicate risk status to project stakeholders.
- Work closely with Planning and Cost Control teams to incorporate risk impacts into forecasts and contingency assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Hatch, Ma’aden, and project risk management procedures.
- Support lessons learned initiatives and promote a proactive risk management culture across the project team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, risk management, project planning, cost control, or project management.
- Experience on mining, metals, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC/EPCM projects.
- Middle East project experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of project risk management principles and ISO 31000.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and risk management software.
- Understanding of project controls, scheduling, forecasting, and cost management processes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMI-RMP, PMP, or equivalent risk management certification.
