شركة Hatch، الرائدة في مجالات التعدين والطاقة والبنية التحتية، تعلن عن وظيفة Quality Coordinator في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ستعمل على دعم تطبيق أنظمة إدارة الجودة في المشاريع، مع آخر موعد للتقديم 20 أغسطس 2026.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى منسق الجودة مسؤولية دعم تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة إدارة الجودة في المشاريع عبر مراحل الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل، مع ضمان امتثال مخرجات المشروع للمتطلبات التعاقدية والمعايير الصناعية والجودة المتوقعة، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والتميز في الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم تطبيق خطة إدارة جودة المشروع والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الهندسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية وعمليات الجودة.
- تنسيق عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتدقيق ومراجعات الجودة مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين والموردين.
- صيانة وثائق الجودة، بما في ذلك تقارير التفتيش وسجلات المواد ونتائج التدقيق وسجلات الجودة.
- تتبع وإدارة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية وأنشطة الإغلاق.
- المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق الجودة للمقاولين والموردين وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs).
- إعداد مؤشرات الجودة ولوحات المعلومات والتقارير لدعم مراقبة أداء المشروع.
- تسهيل مبادرات الدروس المستفادة والتحسين المستمر عبر فرق المشروع.
- دعم تدقيق الجودة الداخلي والخارجي وضمان حل نتائج التدقيق في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل لضمان تنفيذ متطلبات الجودة بفعالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الجودة أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في تنسيق الجودة أو ضمان الجودة أو مراقبة الجودة ضمن مشاريع الهندسة أو الإنشاءات أو التعدين أو البنية التحتية أو الصناعية.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومعايير ISO 9001.
- خبرة في عمليات التفتيش الإنشائي وتتبع المواد والتحكم في الوثائق وإعداد تقارير الجودة.
- الإلمام ببيئات مشاريع EPC أو EPCM أو المشاريع الرأسمالية الكبيرة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- كفاءة في استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة الوثائق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة مدقق داخلي ISO 9001 (يفضل).
- خبرة في دعم المشاريع الكبرى في البنية التحتية أو الصناعية أو التعدين أو الطاقة.
- معرفة رموز ومعايير البناء ومتطلبات التفتيش على الجودة.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين.

About The Role
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The role ensures that project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, industry standards, applicable codes, and client quality expectations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and related quality procedures.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality processes.
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities, audits, and quality reviews with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, material records, audit findings, and quality registers.
- Track and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, preventive actions, and closeout activities.
- Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier quality documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality submissions.
- Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to support project performance monitoring.
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality coordination, quality assurance, or quality control within engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with construction inspection processes, material traceability, documentation control, and quality reporting.
- Familiarity with EPC, EPCM, or large capital project environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Experience supporting major infrastructure, industrial, mining, or energy projects.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality inspection requirements.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
