شركة Hatch، بالشراكة مع Ma'aden، تبحث عن مدير مخاطر المشاريع (Project Risk Manager) في الرياض، السعودية. ساعات العمل: الأحد إلى الخميس 8:00 صباحاً - 5:00 مساءً. آخر موعد للتقديم: 6 أغسطس 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة إطار إدارة مخاطر المشروع
- التخطيط وتيسير تقييمات المخاطر وتحليلها ومراجعاتها
- الحفاظ على التعاون والتواصل المستمر مع فريق قيادة المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين
- إدراج المخاطر المحددة في سجل مخاطر المشروع وضمان سلامة وجودة بيانات المخاطر
- إعداد تقارير مخاطر المشروع ولوحات البيانات
- التنسيق مع مالكي المخاطر وفريق التحكم في المشروع لضمان إدراج تدابير التحكم في المخاطر في ميزانية المشروع وجدوله الزمني وتنفيذها في الوقت المناسب
- تقديم تدريب على إدارة المخاطر لأعضاء الفريق والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لفريق قيادة المشروع لتطوير والحفاظ على ثقافة واعية بالمخاطر
- قيادة التحسين المستمر لإدارة المخاطر وتنفيذ الدروس المستفادة
- التخطيط وتيسير التحليل الكمي المتكامل للجدول الزمني والتكلفة (تحليل الطوارئ)
- التخطيط وتيسير دراسات المخاطر مثل HAZOP ودراسات سلامة الإنشاء والتشغيل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال من جامعة معترف بها مع شهادة مهنية في المخاطر أو إدارة المشاريع
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مخاطر المشاريع الضخمة أو الكبرى، ويفضل في قطاع التعدين
- خبرة في تيسير ورش العمل التي تضم مجموعات كبيرة من الأشخاص
- معرفة متخصصة في تطبيق المعايير الدولية لإدارة المخاطر وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية مثل ISO 31000 وAACE International وCII وPMI
- خبرة في عملية إدارة المخاطر والقدرة على تكييفها مع احتياجات المشروع
- معرفة بأدوات إدارة المخاطر مثل Safran و@Risk وActive Risk Manager وOmega 360 وغيرها
- فهم جيد وخبرة في عمليات إدارة المشاريع واستراتيجيات التنفيذ وتقدير التكاليف ومبادئ الجدولة وأدواتها وتقنياتها وتحليل القرارات وتخطيط السيناريوهات
- القدرة على تقديم المشورة لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع حول إدارة مخاطرهم الخاصة
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتنافسة بفعالية، والاعتماد على الموارد المتاحة واستخدام الوقت كمورد - يتطلب العمل الروتيني لتحقيق المواعيد النهائية التي يفرضها المشروع إكمال أنشطة إدارة المخاطر غير المخطط لها في إطار زمني قصير

Project Risk Manager
Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Project Risk Manager to lead risk management activities from project planning through execution, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with project scope, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and maintains the project risk management framework
- Plans and facilitates assessments/risk analysis/risk reviews of project risks
- Maintains constant collaboration and communication with the project leadership team and other stakeholders
- Incorporates identified risks into the Project Risk Register, ensures risk data integrity and quality
- Develops project risk reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with risk owners and the Project Controls Team to ensure risk control measures are included in the project budget and schedule and are implemented in a timely manner
- Provide Risk Management training to team members, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a risk-aware culture
- Drives risk management continuous improvement and implements lessons learned
- Plans and facilitates integrated Schedule and Cost Quantitative Risk Analysis (contingency analysis)
- Plans and facilitates hazard studies, i.e., HAZOP, Construction and Commissioning safety studies
- Post-secondary engineering and business degree from a recognized university combined with a professional risk or project management designation
- Minimum 10 year experience in mega or large projects risk management role, ideally in the mining sector
- Experience in workshop facilitation involving large groups of people
- Expert knowledge in the application of International Risk Management Standards and Industry Best Practices, i.e. ISO 31000, AACE International, CII, PMI.
- Experience of the risk management process and know how to adapt it to the project needs;
- Knowledge of risk management tools such as Safran, @Risk, Active Risk Manager, Omega 360, etc
- Good understanding of and experience with project management processes, project execution strategies, cost estimating and project scheduling principles, tools and techniques, decision analysis and scenario planning
- Ability to advise project stakeholders on the management of their particular risks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, to be resourceful and to use time as a resource - routine requirement to work to deadlines imposed by the project might require completion of unplanned risk management activities in a short time frame.
