Hatch، بالتعاون مع Ma’aden، تبحث عن محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) في الرياض، السعودية، لدعم أنشطة المحاسبة المؤسسية والمشاريع في قطاعي التعدين والبنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة دورة المحاسبة الكاملة، بما في ذلك عمليات إقفال الشهر والسنة، مع ضمان الدقة والامتثال لمعايير IFRS وSOCPA والسياسات الداخلية في بيئة SAP.
- إدارة حسابات الدفع والمدينة، والتسويات البنكية، والمطالبات المصرفية، ومدفوعات الموردين، ومحاسبة الأصول الثابتة، والفواتير للعملاء.
- دعم المعاملات بين الشركات والتداخلات المالية.
- التعامل مع التدقيق الخارجي السنوي وإعداد البيانات المالية القانونية وفقًا لمعايير IFRS، مع ضمان تقديمها في الوقت المحدد.

- تنفيذ ومراقبة الضوابط الداخلية بما يتماشى مع سياسات المجموعة وحوكمة المشاريع، ودعم تجديد السجلات التجارية والتراخيص البلدية وعضوية الغرفة التجارية والمتطلبات التنظيمية الأخرى.
- التعاون مع مدراء المشاريع والمشتريات والموارد البشرية والعمليات لضمان الدقة المالية والامتثال، والتواصل مع البنوك والمراجعين والمستشارين الضريبيين والجهات الحكومية، وتقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة المحلية وفريق المالية العالمي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة والمالية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويفضل في مجالات الهندسة أو الاستشارات أو البناء أو الخدمات المهنية.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS وضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة والأطر الامتثال المحلية.
- خبرة في محاسبة المشاريع وتتبع التكاليف وفوترة العملاء.
- إتقان أنظمة ERP/محاسبة في بيئات المشاريع (مثل SAP).
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel وقدرات التحليل المالي.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- يفضل: شهادات مهنية (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
- يفضل: خبرة في الشركات الهندسية أو الاستشارية متعددة الجنسيات أو متعددة الكيانات.
- يفضل: الإلمام بالتداخلات بين الشركات والتسعير التحويلي والتقارير الجماعية.

Senior Accountant - Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
Local Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in accordance with IFRS, SOCPA, and internal accounting policies in SAP environment.
- Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expense claims, vendor payments, fixed assets accounting, and client invoicing.
- Support intercompany transactions, recharges
- Independently handle annual external audits and prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Ensuring timely submission of audited financial statements.
- Manage project financial administration, including project setup, client billing, milestone invoicing, and revenue recognition aligned with project contracts.
- Work with project managers and project controls teams to monitor project performance, project profitability, and provide financial insights to support decision ‑ making.
- Lead compliance with all Saudi tax regulations, including, VAT, withholding tax, ZATCA, transfer pricing requirements, and e-invoicing compliance Prepare and review tax filings, reconciliation and supporting documentation, ensuring timely submission and compliance with ZATCA
- Manage responses to tax assessments, audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates to processes.
- Manage GOSI registrations, monthly contributions, and employee status updates.
- Support HR with end ‑ of ‑ service benefit (EOSB) calculations and employee financial records.
- Ensure compliance with platforms such as Mudad, Qiwa, and GOSI.
- Implement and monitor internal controls aligned with group policies and project governance.
- Support timely renewals of commercial registration, municipality licenses, Chamber of Commerce membership, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, HR, and operations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.
- Provide financial insights and reports to local management and the global finance team.
Required
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in engineering, Consulting, construction, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and local compliance frameworks.
- Experience with project accounting, cost tracking, and client billing.
- Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems used in project ‑ based environments (e.g., SAP)
- Strong Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic
- Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
- Experience in multinational or multi ‑ entity engineering or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with intercompany recharges, transfer pricing, and group reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast ‑ paced consulting environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret projects and financial data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across technical and non ‑ technical teams.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
