شركة Hatch، بالشراكة مع Ma’aden، تعلن عن وظيفة Utility Engineer في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ساعات العمل: الأحد إلى الخميس من 8:00 صباحاً إلى 5:00 مساءً. آخر موعد للتقديم: 20 أغسطس 2026.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس مرافق (Utility Engineer) لدعم تخطيط وتصميم وتنسيق وتنفيذ أنظمة المرافق لمشاريع التعدين والبنية التحتية الكبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً محورياً في عمليات ربط المرافق الجديدة بالشبكات القائمة، مع ضمان استمرارية التشغيل والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق ودعم تنفيذ ربط المرافق للمياه والصرف الصحي والطاقة والأجهزة والاتصالات وغيرها من أنظمة المرافق.
- إعداد حزم الربط وطرق العمل وخطط الإغلاق وحزم أعمال البناء.
- مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية وضمان توافقها مع البنية التحتية الحالية للمرافق.
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة والهندسة والبناء والمقاولين لتقليل الاضطرابات أثناء عمليات الربط.
- تحديد متطلبات واجهات المرافق وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة بها.
- دعم مسارات المرافق وتقييم الشبكات وتقييم السعة.
- مراقبة الأنشطة الميدانية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والمشروع.
- المشاركة في مراجعات قابلية البناء ودراسات المخاطر (HAZOPs) وتقييمات المخاطر المتعلقة بتركيبات المرافق وربطها.
- حل المشكلات الفنية أثناء مرحلتي البناء والتشغيل.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المرافق والرسومات ووثائق as-built بدقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة المرافق ضمن مشاريع التعدين أو الصناعة أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الرأسمالية الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات ربط المرافق وأنشطة الإغلاق.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة المرافق والمعايير الهندسية وممارسات البناء.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة متعددي التخصصات في بيئة المشروع.
- الإلمام باللوائح السعودية ومتطلبات المرافق يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- التسجيل المهني أو الأهلية للتسجيل يُفضل.

We are seeking a Utility Engineer who supports the planning, design, coordination, and execution of utility systems for major mining and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in utility tie-ins, ensuring the safe integration of new facilities with existing utility networks while maintaining operational continuity and compliance with project requirements.

About The Role

We are seeking a Utility Engineer who supports the planning, design, coordination, and execution of utility systems for major mining and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in utility tie-ins, ensuring the safe integration of new facilities with existing utility networks while maintaining operational continuity and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of utility tie-ins for water, wastewater, power, instrumentation, communications, and other utility systems.
- Develop tie-in packages, method statements, shutdown plans, and construction work packages.
- Review engineering designs and ensure compatibility with existing utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, construction, and contractor teams to minimize disruptions during tie-in activities.
- Identify utility interface requirements and manage associated risks.
- Support utility routing, network assessments, and capacity evaluations.
- Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Participate in constructability reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments related to utility installations and tie-ins.
- Resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Maintain accurate utility records, drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in utility engineering within mining, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing utility tie-ins and shutdown activities.
- Strong understanding of utility systems, engineering standards, and construction practices.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders in a project environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and utility requirements is an asset.
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferre.
