Hatch، بالشراكة مع Ma’aden، تبحث عن Construction Lead في الخبر، السعودية، لقيادة وتنسيق أنشطة التشييد في مشاريع التعدين والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة ودعم متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشروع.
- تنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة التشييد اليومية وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات والإجراءات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
- ضمان تطوير ومراجعة وتنفيذ حزم أعمال التشييد (CWPs) بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.
- تنسيق أنشطة التشييد مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والتخطيط والتشغيل لدعم التنفيذ الفعال للمشروع.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وجداول وخطط عمل التشييد.
- مراقبة تقدم التشييد وتحديد وحل المشكلات والمخاطر والقيود الميدانية بشكل استباقي.
- ضمان تطبيق وصيانة السياسات المؤسسية وإجراءات المشروع والمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية.
- مراجعة رسومات ومواصفات التشييد لتحديد مخاوف قابلية البناء والتوصية بحلول عملية.
- دعم إعداد ومراجعة تقديرات التشييد والميزانيات والتوقعات والجداول الزمنية.
- المساعدة في الحصول على التصاريح والموافقات ومتطلبات الوصول إلى الموقع قبل بدء أنشطة التشييد.
- تنسيق أنشطة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان تسليم المشروع بأمان وكفاءة.
- إعداد والمساهمة في تقارير تقدم التشييد ومقاييس الأداء وتحديثات حالة المشروع.
- دعم تخطيط القوى العاملة وتخصيص الموارد لتحقيق جداول المشروع وأهداف الإنتاجية.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد لمشرفي التشييد والموظفين الميدانيين.
- ضمان التواصل الفعال لمخاطر التشييد والمخاوف والتقدم إلى قيادة المشروع وإدارة الموقع.
- دعم أنشطة التجميع النمطي والتصنيع المسبق والإكمال الميكانيكي وتسليم المشروع.
- المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين خطة تنفيذ التشييد (Construction Execution Plan).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التشييد، تشمل أدواراً قيادية في مشاريع صناعية أو تعدين أو بنية تحتية أو مشاريع EPC/EPCM كبيرة.
- التزام مثبت بالتميز في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق التشييد متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات التشييد والتنفيذ الميداني وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- معرفة ببيئات تسليم المشاريع من نوع EPCM.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office وأدوات الإبلاغ عن المشاريع.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

About The Role

We are seeking a Construction Lead who will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction activities during project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Quality teams, the Construction Lead supports construction planning, contractor management, field execution, and site coordination to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Khobar, Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

About The Role

We are seeking a Construction Lead who will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction activities during project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Quality teams, the Construction Lead supports construction planning, contractor management, field execution, and site coordination to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a strong safety culture and support all project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure Construction Work Packages (CWPs) are developed, reviewed, and executed in alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate construction activities with engineering, procurement, planning, and commissioning teams to support efficient project execution.
- Support the development and implementation of construction execution strategies, schedules, and work plans.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve field issues, risks, and constraints.
- Ensure corporate policies, project procedures, and Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements are implemented and maintained.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to identify constructability concerns and recommend practical solutions.
- Support the preparation and review of construction estimates, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
- Assist in obtaining required permits, approvals, and site access requirements before construction activities commence.
- Coordinate contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Prepare and contribute to construction progress reporting, performance metrics, and project status updates.
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet project schedules and productivity targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to construction supervisors and field personnel.
- Ensure effective communication of construction risks, concerns, and progress to project leadership and site management.
- Support modularization, prefabrication, mechanical completion, and project handover activities.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Construction Execution Plan.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including leadership roles on large industrial, mining, infrastructure, or EPC/EPCM projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, field execution, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of EPCM project delivery environments.
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
