About the Role:

To maximise production and thereby profit of the farm by planning and organising all farm activities within his areas of responsibility and making the most efficient use of all resources at this disposal.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the management of large dairy herds.
• 2 years Quality system experience, preferably with multinational company.
• Livestock management skills
• Must have good man management and influencing skills and be a good communicator
• Driving License.
• Computer Literate.
